I recently had a pair of pants altered and one of the legs was left shorter than the other. I asked the owner if I could get a refund and he wouldn’t give it to me. He was very rude and kept on saying that there was nothing wrong with the pants. Not going back!

I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience with this dry-cleaning service. My wife dropped off five items for cleaning and dry-cleaning, including a $500 dress. When she went to pick them up, the dress was missing. The owner, in a hostile manner, claimed it wasn't his fault and said he needed about a week to look for it, mentioning that he might have delivered it to someone else by mistake. His attitude was absolutely horrendous. He never apologized or admitted any fault.

We returned a week later, and he still hadn't found the dress, showing no remorse or willingness to apologize. After giving him three more days, he finally claimed he had found it but questioned the value of the dress, suggesting we were lying. We showed him the actual price online but this led to another argument, during which he cussed us out.

At one point, he even had the nerve to ask me, "Why are you here if this business is between me and your wife?" I replied, "What do you mean? I'm of course here because my wife felt threatened and unsafe when she came by herself because you screamed at her and cussed at her. I am her husband, and obviously, this tells you what kind of bad husband you are."

In the end, he only charged us for four items, but the charges were inflated. His behavior was disgraceful and disrespectful throughout the entire ordeal. We are contacting our bank to dispute the charges and will never return to this establishment. BEWARE of this place; the customer service is atrocious.

Save yourself the trouble and find a different cleaner where your valuable clothes will receive the care and service they deserve.

I took my clothes to be wash here 2 times and I'm so disappointed the first time the return a new jacket with a broken zipper and the second time they return my clothes with the same stains on it they charge cheap but they do a horrible job 🙃 not coming back here!!

She is all friendly and smiles with regular business but when you confront her with an issue she turns nasty and vindictive.

She told me I did not understand the cleaning business and I tried to explain to her that the only real thing that she's selling is SERVICE, of which I did not receive.
