They have all new machines accommadating very large to regular loads. And, the machines take quarters and credit/debit cards. The dryers work beautifully . Prices are lowest in the Kennebunk/Kennebunkport area. Staff very nice. They keep machines clean.

I love the people who work here, but whomever the OWNER is has this place so mismanaged its unbelieveable. There is no consistancy with store hours and even being open. I try to jam laundry in at 7am before work and today i get there and hours were changed to 8am-5pm....Everyone is working at that time! Closed randomly on the weekends when they're supposed to be open. I eneded up going to superwash in Wells and getting a payment card which will keep me going back there (smart on them having a loyalty/money card). The OWNER of this pratt abbott location needs to 1.Charge more for their machines ($2.75 is great but I'd rather pay $5 and have you be open when i need it!). 2. FIX the broken machines and get a few larger ones. 3. PAY their employees better and or get another staff member who can help keep consistant hours. YOU'RE NOW LOSING CUSTOMERS DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT. YOU'RE WORKERS ARE GREAT, AND THATS HARD TO FIND SO BUILD OFF OF THAT!

This place is great when its open, but they have failed me on several occations now and I think I'll just have to make superwash in wells my place because of this inconsistancy. Figure it out!

I have had very good experiences at Pratt Abbott. The place is clean, the machines are mostly in good condition and work well. The washing machines and dryers are very reasonably priced. The automatic entrance doors took some time to get use to, but I realized how helpful they are and now I like them alot. The staff has always been friendly! The shortened hours are inconvenient but understandable. I recommend Pratt Abbott.

Great little place to do your laundry. Machines work wonderful and the price is very reasonable. An added bonus is I can do some food shopping at New Mornings on my down time! 👏

We did our own personal laundry there through their washers & dryers. There was so much hair (from another person) attached to our clean clothes, that they seemed dirtier after the wash and dry than before. This location needs to clean their lint traps much more often! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Place always feels kinda dirty, but their huge machines are perfect for whole bed sets to be washed in one go. They also have plenty of large driers that can hold complete bed sets and dries them in under an hour. Worth it to get large items washed but other than that, id stay away.

Wow! Let me start by saying I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility in Kennebunk, however not sure why the lady working today, April 8, 2020 is allowed to treat customers so poorly. Have done business here since relocating to Maine 4 years ago and have found everyone to be great.
Times are tough right now, people are living in uncertain times and given a choice, no one would leave their home to do laundry, let alone be treated like we shouldn't be there. I will be sure to look twice to see who is behind the counter before going there again.
By the way, good people with great people skills are out there.
Since this original review, lady mentioned no longer working here. Much nicer place to do your laundry!

Since living in town for two years,I try not to go here. It is not kept up on for being clean inside and outside the building. There is always dust on top of machines and the floor is not kept up as it should be. Bathroom was alright. There have been broken machines for months. Outside the building the Goodwill bin is always over flowing, the benches are falling apart and it is never swept (leaves,trash) always looks trashy. Some flowers hanging and around the sign would be nice.
Most times I go to Booms Laundry in biddeford.
