I recently had a patio cover installed by Proline Pacific, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. They took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Now, I have a beautiful, tranquil space for my yoga and meditation sessions. The quality of their work is outstanding, and I highly recommend Proline Pacific to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space.

I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know as they are reputable, fairly priced, and honest. Having had bad experiences with other contractors in the past, I was very apprehensive. Outstanding experience with Renee and her young crew! My wife and I are extremely happy with our new patio cover. Renee was wonderful, personally helping with the demo of our old cover due to them being short staffed. She also came over yesterday to finish with our LCD lights as the old ones are being discontinued, so she hooked us up with new ones, free of charge. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new pario cover! Thank you!!

Great service! Dave was very sensitive to my disabled husbands needs in our plans for a patio cover. It was designed with only one support post so that he could manuever in his wheelchair around the patio. The cover was installed in 4 hours by a terrific team! We are so pleased we chose Proline Pacific for this project.

This is one of the best companies I have delt with

Was excellent. What I like best is the Quailty of installation.
Interesting that a few other quotes on Jobs I received
Did not include all the extra details that went into my jobs
That have been done .
You have to kiss a lot of frogs to get a prince and I have found one with Proline !

Updating my review after about 2 months of having the patio done. Patio was done before the pavers were done. Concrete near the pavers was already done, so David and team estimated the pavers height and installed the posts. I wish they hadn’t installed the two side covers for the post, it should’ve been done after the flooring was completed. Now it came out about an inch shorter and I’ve to live with the gap. I’ve been asking David and his team to come and fix it, told them will pay for parts or share cost. Its over a month and over 20 calls/messaging and I don’t get a proper response. Hopefully, they value google reviews and fix my issue. If they do so, I’ll update here.

Resolved. Finished work is good.
