Could've been a lot more helpful. Wasn't very impressed with the "take a number" atmosphere. We stood in the entry for 5 minutes before I had to interrupt the ladies at the desk for service.

The staff should be trained better on how to help customers, the gentlemen I spoke with was very arrogant, he was conversing with another employee and didn't want to help me or be interrupted. He kept asking me who my account manager was, as a customer you except to be assisted by a salesperson! Not wholesale pricing at all Pro Source was only 10 cents cheaper a foot than a another tile place quoted me for the same product. Had a similar experience with Pro Source in Dallas, TX. You would think I would learn my lesson!!

My husband and I decided to visit ProSource after not being completely satisfied with the product from another local company.....and we are so glad we did!! Hannah Huckaby immediately greeted us with a warm welcome and we knew right away she was knowledgeable about the products she sells. We felt she wasn't just trying to make a sale but genuinely wanted to ensure we walked out the store thoroughly satisfied with a quality product…and we did. We felt no pressure, she focused on our needs and advised us on a better-quality product than what we originally had. She is good at what she does and is genuinely good person so ask for Hannah.

Our designer, Hannah, did an awesome job helping us select the tile and grout for our new modern farmhouse. Her knowledge of the Prosource inventory and her design taste complimented our house perfectly. Our new home is definitely better because we used Hana’s expertise. Thanks Hannah!

My fiance and I went in today looking for flooring to replace in her home. Come to find out it was actual wood. The customer service from David was purely top notch. The best we’ve dealt with and knowledgeable when it came to what we were looking for/needed. Would recommend anybody to their store!!!

We went here to source our tile for a new build. We had to wait even though we had an appointment but in the end they were very helpful. We picked out the kitchen tile and shower tile. There are a ton of selections and some stuff that it doesn't appear they've ever sold because they didn't know the prices. I don't love how it's set up to do your tile shopping, but it is a one-stop shop for all your tile and flooring needs.

I left a review months ago and all hell broke loose since then. The retailer was not fully truthful to Hannah Huckaby about the flooring I ordered. Come to find out, the flooring was not in stock and had to be shipped from another foreign location. And the supply ship was in the middle of the Pacific. Thus, we had a month delay before flooring could be shipped to store. A MONTH BEHIND HOUSE CLOSING! When Hannah called me and explained explain the situation to me, I was angry and very disappointed!!!! However, Hannah being who she is, invited us for another flooring consultation. She went to war for us! And I must say that at the end of the day she made it RIGHT! Originally, we wanted a particular floor, and it was beautiful, better quality, and more of the luxury style we originally wanted but was significantly out of budget! Hannah made all that happen! Look, this young lady is wonderful to work with. And she knows her stuff! Heck, I'm still trying to figure out how she got me a credit! I would recommend Hannah Huckaby to anyone who is looking for flooring. She takes the time to understand your needs and will not pressure you into something you do not desire. Awesome lady folks!
