Ive been working with james and daniel to pick my floor for over a year. We we building our ranch custom home and this decision was very important to us. My husband and I were having trouble finding quality engineered hardwood for our home remodel. We scheduled an appointment at PurezaWood’s downers grove location and right away we noticed the difference in quality. You can tell their floors and finishes are made to last compared to everything else we were shown from our flooring contractor.

They source real French oak which was the look we were going for. My husband loved how thick the flooring was and how it is refinishable as much as solid hardwood.  There’s no other place in the suburbs that you can get find this type of flooring other than the merchandise mart which would be totally out of our budget. PurezaWood has better pricing and even better materials. The owner stands behind his product and their team is very passionate helping their customers.

The PurezaWood experience is fantastic—everything from working with James to walking on our new floor has been amazing! Not only is the product beautiful (our builder was very impressed!), the customer service is beyond wonderful. Every question received a prompt answer, the lead time was accurate, the warehouse accommodated our visit to pick up samples, and our delivery was on time. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product! (We did a 5” wide board in the Elmhurst finish in our new beach house and we love it.)
