I would recommend this company 1000 times over. The owner Mourad is fair, professional, takes pride in his work and couldn’t have been more respectful. He replaced a window for my spry yet elderly mom and did a phenomenal job (even cleaned the window at the end)! The price was very reasonable and he was thorough and left the work zone clean. If you need any glass work done in highly recommend you call him.

Great service at reasonable cost. We recently hired Quality Windows & Glass repair to replace and repair fogged and aging windows in our hi rise apartment. We got an on-site visit the day we called them followed by an estimate the next day. Installation was 100% white glove and painless and the results are outstanding. Thank you Mourad and the team!

I am so happy that I found Quality Windows & Glass Repair. I’m preparing my home for sale and they were able to replace a cracked window - I thought I’d have to replace the entire double hung window. Plus many of the builder grade windows don’t operate well or are broken. They replaced window balances and rusted shoes,so now the windows operate smoothly. I am extremely pleased with their service.

What a pleasure to work with Mourad. We had a broken large double pane window. I called and sent a picture to Mourad who came out the same day, and took the broken window away, but not before offering to use foam to cover the opening left from the absent sash. He responded to my texts consistently within a few minutes. Let me know when the window was repaired and ready to be reinstalled. He provided a two hour time slot he expected to arrive and texted me when he realized he would be a little late. He texted again when 10 minutes away. He reinstalled the window seamlessly! The price was very competitive as well. I highly recommend working with Mourad without any reservations. Thanks Mourad!

Extremely disappointed...Mourad (sp?)...no show for 9am appointment and no call to inform of delay or to cancel even after I texted to confirm appt. Very poor customer service. If this is their meaning of "Quality", no one should count on them!!! They receive no stars from me.
