If I could keep this at the top so this would be the first review you read to warn you about this company.
First I ordered a custom size window.
I confirmed with them twice that the rough opening was. They sent me a window that was oversized on width and undersized by 2 inches in height. I already took out window to replace. Custom window should have took me 2 to 3 hours to install. No they didn't get back to me and I couldn't leave the business window out of order. We already had people drive off after being told the drive through was being worked on. They said we will see what we could do. They waited untill I made the decision to spend the extra 4 hours to reconstruct the business wall to make this window fit. Costing me more money and cutting my profits to almost nothing. They then told me nothing they can do. Becaus either already installed the window. They admitted to thier problem and thier mistake. Go to a different company. Nothing could be worse then this company. Poor customer service.

This is the worst customer service company ever. We ordered 3 large customer service windows from a place called DK Hardware. One of the windows a 4 foot window shipped directly from Quik Serve to our project and was damaged, We notified DK Hardware and took photos etc. The project we were doing was a 300K remodel of Government offices and we just wanted a window correctly sent to replace the damaged one. Quik Serve required us to send the window back, but we needed to push on with the project and finish so we sent a brand new Quik Serve window back never opened instead looking for only a credit or another window. This went on for 3 weeks with Quik Serve. The solution was 20% restock and " damage fees" and then they would credit us back the rest. Mind you, we still were going to send back the damaged window they sent us on top of the new window we sent back. Edmund Solis is the guys name at Quik Serve and their customer service is a joke. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not order windows from Quik Serve. They only care about the bottom line and try and rip companies off with silly fees.
