i want to give a big shout-out to josiah from randy's garages for the excellent job installing my new garage doors in crystal city. josiah clearly enjoys his work and really cares about making sure customers are happy—you can tell by how dedicated and professional he is. he worked quickly and efficiently, finishing the job without even stopping for a break. it's rare to find someone with that level of commitment and skill these days. i'm very pleased with my new garage doors and the great service i received.

I had a fantastic experience with Randy's Garages for my recent garage door repair. I called in the morning, and they managed to fit me in for a same-day appointment, which was a huge help. Marc showed up right on time and was extremely knowledgeable, explaining what he was checking as he went through everything. He was careful and thorough, making sure all parts of the garage door system were working perfectly. He kept the work area neat and even took the time to wipe away any smudges or fingerprints from the door when he finished. The pricing was very fair for the quality of service I received. I had a really good experience with this garage door company. Marc came out to handle maintenance on both of my garage doors. He also installed a new garage door opener and keypad, just like I wanted. Marc was friendly, polite, and very professional during the whole process. He let me know that one of my garage door springs is getting weak and will probably need to be replaced soon, but he didn’t pressure me to do it right away. I really appreciated his honesty, especially since it can be stressful to worry about extra costs. I’m happy I chose this company for my garage door needs.

I have to say, my recent experience with Randy's Garages was the best yet. Nathan came out to replace my garage door opener, and he was thorough, knowledgeable, and paid great attention to detail. our double garage door opener and springs stopped working early this morning. i left a voicemail asking for help, and got a call back within an hour with a clear price and an appointment set for later the same day. the installer, marc, arrived right on time and had everything fixed and installed in just a few hours. he was very professional, polite, and made sure to show me all the new features like the wifi setup. i don't usually write reviews, but this was such a smooth and professional garage door service that i wanted to share my experience.

had another great experience with randy's garages. the chain on my garage door broke, but they got me scheduled the same day (thanks jaime!) and made the repair affordable by including it in their seasonal special tune up. marc worked quickly and explained my options for parts replacement, giving helpful recommendations. now my garage door is running super smooth and quiet—i even have to double check that it's closed. highly recommend!

i always seem to have garage door problems on weekends, but this company really helped me out fast. i called around 10 am because one of my garage door lift cables snapped as the door was closing. the receptionist answered quickly, took my details, and said the on-call tech would contact me soon. duane called me back in less than an hour, listened to my issue, and said he'd probably be at my place in a few hours. he actually showed up within that time and replaced the broken assemblies in about 20 minutes. i probably could have tried fixing it myself, but having someone come out on a saturday in missouri and take care of it so quickly made things a lot less stressful. they had all the parts and tools ready, and the service was really smooth. i did pay the weekend service rate, but that’s normal. this is the second time i've used their garage door repair, and i will definitely call them again if i need help!
