Used "Their contractor" Joe D'Agostino to install screened patio with roof. Nearly $18,000 and 10 months later the roof still leaked. He re-caulked 6-8 times but still leaked because (I had my roofer come out finally 10/14/2022) it was not installed properly. They put a double sided sticky tape to tie the roof to the existing one expecting it not to leak...really? My roofer installed it correctly removing the last 2 shingles on existing roof and installing a flashing, then re-nailing the shingles back down. It has not leaked since but the contractor, who said he would pay for it...won't. It cost an additional $900. Today I filed a complaint with the Dept of Business and Professional Regulations against the contractor and Renaissance because they force consumers to use their contractors...and my experience with this one they recommended is (scale of 1-10) Zero.

Who thinks that sticky tape would create a water proof seal is beyond ignorant....and incompetent to say the least. The proper way is a flashing installed under the shingles to funnel the water to the gutters and away from the roof seams.

How a licensed contractor does not know this is baffling and defies common sense.

The product may be good but their "licensed installers" are definitely NOT! I should have hired my contractor to install this patio as it would have been done right and I would not be out $900 and countless hours of aggravation, phone calls, and letters.

So I have one word of advice for all you considering this product............RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
