This company shut down directly after my install that cost me over 20k. One of my windows is not the correct size, Of course they won't answer the phone or emails. The promised warranty is gone. It is disgusting when companies promise good work and service only to take advantage of you. Exactly what this company did. Go elsewhere! Make sure to look up the owners names. I'm sure they will try to change the name and start over.

Hoping nobody can top this review with something worse that this company did to them.

I ordered and paid for my windows (over $30k in windows) the Fall of 2023. Windows supposedly didn’t arrive until mid December so we scheduled for install after the holidays for mid January.

Mid January arrives with a blast of snow, below zero weather, and moisture and these clowns get mad because I won’t let them install while it’s raining and snowing. Window install is delayed but not after I’m told “this is a problem for the company.”

I turn my home project over to a GC in February, then I receive an email and phone call February 8 from Spencer and Anthony asking me to confirm that I will be paying for the install when it’s done. No further communication until I reached out yesterday to learn that the company no longer exists, phone numbers are disconnected, emails bounce back, and my $30k plus is gone with my windows.

I know you crooks (Anthony and Michelle Potts) come back and read these reviews… I will see you all in court. The least you could have done was let me pick up the windows I paid for and have someone else install them. I’ll let a judge decide. Don’t think I’m going away.

Very fast and professional. Windows took 2 months to be made and delivered but the installation crew was extremely quick. They removed 12 old windows and installed 12 new ones in a day. They would have been able to finish in one day but the crew lead had to leave. The next day they had the windows finished by noon. The windows look fantastic and are very well built! I would recommend this company all day long!

We are very pleased with the service we received and are amazed on how quickly they had them installed. We love the features of the windows, as well. I love how the screens can be raised up, instead of having to remove them totally, if needed. The cleanup was thorough. They made sure that after one window, that was tough to remove, had gotten busted was totally removed and cleaned off the couch and floor. That was important because glass can fly everywhere, so I’m glad they got it all up! It’s also nice to know that the warranty is lifetime. These windows are truly beautiful! Thanks guys, for the great work!

The entire experience was great. Anthony is a true professional. He didn't try to oversell and recommended the best value since it was for a detached unheated garage.
I researched the window manufacturer and found they were highly regarded in the industry.
The installation was perfect. They arrived on time. The existing wood frames were covered with aluminum. After they were finished they cleaned up both in and outside.
If you need good quality replacement windows at a competitive price. give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish h. From meeting Anthony who, you thought was your best friend when he left. Absolutely explained everything in detail, then waited patiently so we could meet with other appointments that we had for windows. The installation guys were great as well. And did not leave a speck of dirt, inside or out when they left and explained everything about these windows. Give them a hard ?
