They answered every question and the windows were installed professionally. Our window installer, Jon, was awesome and took the time to trade baseball cards with our 8 year old baseball fan. After living with the same old windows for 21 years, decided to take the plunge and upgrade to double pane. Had tried Anderson and Pella in the past, but they were big fans of the hard sell with constant pestering contacts and meetings about cost and financing and basically losing site of the customer. Replacement Windows was no pressure, quick to respond, excellent pricing, and good quality windows. They removed the old and installed 18 new windows on our single story home in less than 5 hours, and left the house and yard cleaner than they found it. Really good crew and great working with Aimee - professional, courteous and a true local company experience. Highly satisfied with the work, the cost, and the quality of the windows - mellow, relaxing light coming in, and they cut down on the road noise immensely.

Top notch company - install of entire home's windows went perfectly and the price was very reasonable compared to other companies.
Installers were very respectful of our home and did an excellent job. Just went through a hurricane of 64 mph winds and the windows did just fine.
Loved how they cleaned up so well after the install - no trash or debris left lying around.

Just all around great experience dealing with these guys!

I received multiple quotes for vinyl windows. Two companies stood out but I decided to go with Replacement Windows of Katy because of the price/value of the NT Windows they carry. The salesman, Chris Teter was not pushy but very knowledgeable and helped us make better choices for some of the windows we chose. I included a picture of a large window with a 25/50/25 split which was a design option I hadn't even thought of. The installation crew was headed by Sammy who did a pre-measurement of all the windows when the order was placed. Chris kept me informed of the factory production dates and expected delivery date. On the date of install Sammy and the crew arrived promptly and installed all 28 windows and we had a final walk through and sign off before the job was complete.
Very happy with the windows and the choice to use Replacement Windows of Katy.
