Cal Elite took over the previous dance studio here called Dance Dynamics and called it Rêve. The owners of Dance Dynamics brought in the best dancers and choreographers to teach us and made the place feel like a home. However, once Cal Elite took over and the previous owners were kicked out they made the studio feel less of a home and family and more like a hierarchy. Most of my amazing dance friends quit because they felt like Cal Elite was too elitist and didn’t want them there. Cal Elite ruined my whole dance experience and I too quit the studio soon after. As a previous dancer of the Conservatory, I do NOT recommend.

My daughter has been dancing at Cal Elite for 8 years. She has been competing with them for 5 years, including this year under the new name of Reve Dance Conservatory. We love everything about the studio. The other families and staff have become part of our family. My daughter has become an incredible dancer. This year we have placed at the top at every competition! We are so excited to see the newly rebranded studio grow. It is a great place to have your children learn dance and make life long friendships!

We have been part of the Reve/Cal Elite dance family for seven years. My daughter started taking recreational dance classes in kindergarten, and is now at the end of her fourth year on the competition team. She has grown so much as a dancer, made lifelong friends, and has had amazing teachers-Reve is a great, family centered studio, her home away from home!

My daughter has been at Reve for 3 years now and she has grown so much. We consider everyone there our family and have had such a wonderful experience there. The teachers/director give so much to the girls and are so talented. Looking forward to another season and can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Obviously this “ local guide” doesn’t have a child dancing at REVE. Cal elite/REVE don’t give the kids/parents expectations of what is required to excel in dance sport, therefore they will never be thought of as competitive in the local dance world. And as previously suggested in the first reviewers post, not everyone is “great there”, especially at the top. It’s all about the mighty dollar, and I do not recommend this dance conservatory at all.

This is a really good dance studio. Everyone there is great. It's so much better than Cal elite which is more like a day care. This place is serious about teaching dance.

Reve dance conservatory is the BEST dance studio. It has helped me and many other dancers grow so much in all areas of dance! I love it!
