Rio Grace Landscaping was contracted through Stuard Homes to install xeriscaping in my front and side yard. Unfortunately, the work was done without properly leveling the back and side yard, which has led to serious drainage issues. The Xeriscape installed on the side yard is way higher than my backyard. Water now collects instead of draining properly—an issue that should have been avoided with basic site preparation and planning.

I contacted the owner directly to address the problem, but he told me he had "already been paid by the builder" and wasn't going to fix their mistake for free. This kind of response shows a clear lack of accountability. A business that should take pride in their workmanship and make things right.

Overall, I’m very disappointed in the poor attention to detail, subpar workmanship, and the unwillingness to address a problem they created. I would not recommend Rio Grace Landscaping to anyone who expects quality or integrity in their landscaping services.

The grass I had installed was also of poor quality.

This is hands-down my favorite nursery! They have a fantastic selection of plants and trees—everything looks so healthy and well cared for. I’m so impressed by the beauty and variety they offer. On top of that, their prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the quality. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add something special to their garden!

We have contracted Rio Grace twice for two separate projects - once for the renovation of our front / side flower beds and once for a complete sod install of the backyard. For both projects, Rio Grace executed the installation in a timely and high quality manner. The front flower beds required removal of flagstone, drip irrigation install, and weed barrier. All plants that they helped us select have taken well and flower at different times of the year. The backyard required significant dirt work to level the yard and the Bermuda they installed immediately rooted and made our backyard much more enjoyable. Lastly, their employees doing the work are the best - extremely respectful and take pride in their work. Highly recommend!
