Placed an order, the man came out to measure the installation, and was I told they'd get back to me the next day. Waited five days and no call. Tried calling them and their number was out of order. Drove to their business and asked what the status was. They had no idea and were of no help. When I mentioned the phone was out of order, the two people in the office could have cared less. I used Riviera to replace some carpets back in 2017 but I'd never do business with them again. They used to be great. Now they can't even seem to pay their phone bill. Get it together guys. This is a joke.

On the website says professional support from beginning to the end, anything but.
At first we had one room's carpet replaced, and after a couple of weeks we decided to do the whole house with the same exact carpet.
Now that they knew we're stuck with them since they're the only ones had the exact same carpet the quality of the service went down, every time I called somebody else answer the phone and none of them have any clue what the other one had said previously. If you noticed Steve the owner doesn't even make any eye contact when he speaks to you.

I cannot say enough good regarding Jack Riviera plus crew Cainen, and Nick. Their craftsmanship and artistic installment could not have gone better. Our floors were old /unlevel and they went up and beyond in our home renovation. Also to mention we work from home, and they were very courteous regarding our situation for us to continue working during their installation. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend their services.

Excellent experience and quality service. Had our measurements done on a Monday and carpet was installed on a Wednesday. Even ahead of our promised time. A mistake was made on our billing and they contacted us for a refund. Very honest and I would highly recommend them

Am impressed with the product and installation except for the clean up work needing to be done in regard to stucco being knocked off and not repaired. That would certainly raise my approval rating. This was reported in a timely manner to them plus the promise of Steve that this would be done.

Riveria Carpet in Kingman AZ is the worst place to purchase carpet, worst place to have it installed and the worst customer service. They laid down my carpet and spilled glue on it, came out to look at it and wouldn't take the blame for it, blamed me when no one was in the room or around the carpet, I had to vacuum the carpet because they don't even clean up after themselves and while vacuuming come across the hard dried up glue, called and nothing but the run around. Steven the owner never returns your calls lies about where he is and the people who work for him lies for him also, worst customer service ever received. Then Steve takes the side of the installer and says I can have a professional carpet cleaner come and clean it, try calling Steve back and after a week of leaving messages no response and never one call back. I had to look it up on google and fix it myself because unfortunately I had already paid in full what a stupid thing to have done.

To bad you can't choose a zero for this business. Installers put the molding around new laminate floors that stayed attached to the walls for about a week. We noticed behind our fridge and stove that the mouldings were not cut properly and just butted to gather at the corners not to mention coming off the wall. This place is a joke, I would only recommend them to someone I don't like.
