We chose to get our roof replaced but we weren’t sure if we wanted to go through with it .Rusco made the process very simple and easy for us to understand we were unsure if we want to commit to submitting a insurance claim since we have never done it before. But once we noticed how much money they had save us we were very grateful that we gave them a chance. Roofs definitely don’t cost what they used to everything is expensive now a days but thankfully we came across Rusco. The roofing crew was awesome I couldn’t believe how efficiently they worked. I ran into Jim taking my dog around the block while he was doing an inspection in my neighborhood! Not only did he show up a half hour later but worked with me until I got EVERYTHING APPROVED! Jim C. will do all the work for you and keep you updated the whole way. JIM C. is your guy….the only person you should be talking to at RUSCO if you want it done right. I got everything I asked for approved and extra! Not only did he help me but he got 4 other neighbors of mine all approved! My husband and I are so excited to share our review of Rusco Windows and Doors! We just completed a siding project on March 28, 2024. Prior to that we had worked with Rusco to replace some large casement windows in our home.

There are many companies out there who advertise how cost efficient they are and cost is indeed a factor. But being homeowners for over 25 years, we have learned that "you get what you pay for". A product that stands behind their name and reputation like Pella and Royal Woodland are important and it is their products that we chose for our home. But what is more important is the quality and craftmanship of the work, the service provided when there are questions and the detail that you see every time you look at the finished product. The products and craftmanship we have received over the years is second to none as my Pella windows were installed by artisans who have been in the trades for years. The windows have never leaked and I have never had to call Rusco back to service them. That is "peace" of mind and that is why I would not let any other company touch our beloved home but them.

Rusco treats your home as if they live in it. The project that we just recently completed was huge as it was changing the original 25 year old aluminum siding to vinyl. It took two weeks between the rains to replace the siding, soffit and fascia. Part of this required that Rusco work with our insurance company since there was damage due to wind and hail. But they were on top of every aspect of this process as we navigated through some new territory on both our parts. Your home is among the most expensive purchases you will ever make. But its more than a structure. It holds your memories and all that you hold dear to you. So there should be no skimping because every house has a soul. If you take care of the "soul structure" it will take care of you. Get a contractor who knows this and puts their heart and skill into every job. The benefit to us will be that our home (Jershon is the name for Jerome and Sharon) will stand long after we are gone because of the care and love we put into it as good stewards and blessed caretakers so that it will pass on as a gift to the next family. That to us is why a home is so important.
