Safelite on Indian Trail made good on my previous review. The technician Evan and staff Cassandra were outstanding. They took my car back as soon as I arrived for my appointment. The waiting area was comfortable with coffee a TV and most importantly, a clean bathroom!

I didn’t know what to expect for my previous experience on Jimmy Carter so I came prepared for several hours. But I was in and out. Huge thank you to Evan and Cassandra.

I do recommend that Safelite change their automated phone system. It does not give options for people who are bringing a car back in for warranty work.

I was disappointed Safelite couldn't come out to my residence to fix my windshield as they advertise on TV, but that doesn't take away from my review of this specific location. Service was very friendly, windshield was replaced same day, and quality of work was excellent. Good communication up until my appointment date and during the day as repair was taking place. Would definitely recommend this location, but don't get your hopes up assuming they will come out to your residence.

First time at this location and I am pleased with the overall experience. I spoke with Cassandra at the front desk over a few days and she was extremely accommodating with my travel plans and worked with my schedule. Evan was my technician and I’m happy with my windshield and how my car was kept tidy upon return. He gave me a call to let me know when my car was finished. I appreciated the updates and the entire service was a breeze.

Nice and friendly staffs. Evan is an amazing technician, and he assisted with replacing my cracked rear windshield. He took extra care to clean the broken glass pieces trapped in the door. Always had a smile and was courteous. Definitely recommend this location

Super friendly staff. Very easy to make an appointment. Clean facility. Rodney is amazing.
Had an iceberg hit my windshield and put a nice crack in it. Was in and out within 20-30 min.

I was very pleased with the work done by Safelite, especially with Dan, the installer. Unfortunately, there apparently was a defect with the glass that prevented the successful calibration of safety features. Thankfully, installing a second windshield was successful. However, I had to spend the better part of two full days and trips in heavy traffic for satisfactory installation, which made for an unhappy experience.
