We purchased a Mongoose Van Pack Jetter and used it once in April. Then it's been stored indoors with a total of 7 hours on the unit. The unit would start and shut off after 15 seconds. We called Paul whom was our second salesman since the first never followed up or even showed us the operation of the unit. Very disappointing indeed. After speaking with Paul, he called a technician on a 3 way call and they tried to trouble shoot the issue to no avail. What was incredibly shocking to us was that they said the problem was ours to deal with on the Honda engine that was supplied with the unit. The jetter is brand new and was only used once! We thought Sewer Equipment was reliable and stood by their equipment, however, we quickly found out that was not the case. It turned out to be a $27.00 fuel soleniod that was the issue. Sewer Equipment should have stood by their equipment and offered to bring the jetter back to service or should have arranged for it to be looked at by an authorized repair facility instead of just stating it's not their problem. Perhaps we are not important enough as a larger municipal purchaser, however, the almost $30,000.00 we paid for a jetter that only worked one time is an extremely important enough issue to us. There is more I could go on about with the lack of support we were given, however, you can definitely see what happens when there is an issue with the jetter. This is a serious regretted purchase and I suggest that you do your research about how a company stands by their products before considering a purchase from Sewer Equipment/Mongoose.

We been using the Mongoose 184 going on three years. It paid for itself in the first year or so. It's a beast of a machine in every way. It opens every clog we throw at it and there haven't been any down time caused by a breakdown.
They're support in the field after the sale has been great. Even after the purchase, our rep Mike Dennison has always made himself available to answer any questions and his advice is worth its wait in gold.
