This company really shows customer service. From the start Ship Shape Screening expressed how important communicating and keeping you informed of your appointment. Before Carlos showed up he called to notify he was on his way. Carlos gave a more than fair estimate, he was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable (he made me understand the vision). I committed to this company, because of the way they communicated, their professional employees and pricing. Donald showed up for measurements, you could tell he was going to give you the best looking product. I was so surprise when they were ready to install in a week. It came out amazing!!! I would highly recommend this company.

Jodi and her team were amazing. I've been wanting shades for my outdoor patio for a while now and Jodi definitely hit the nail on the head. The install guys were great as well. The shades are beautiful and certainly a quality product. Can't go wrong with this company!

It's not often you get to experience dealing with a company whose reliable, responsible, courteous, informative, and answers the phone.
Each step of the project we were either, texted, phone call or email as the project time is to start, each day as the project started, and schedules.
Imagine all that and a product that's as great as their services.

Our experience with Jodi and Ship Shape screen installation was great. The finished product looks amazing, all remote controlled for convenience. Keeps the bugs, rain and leaves out of our outdoor kitchen area. Highly recommend them for any screening needs!

Shipshape recently installed our spectacular awning and we love it! Carlos visited our home and gave us a fair price for a quality awning. He explained everything and even showed us a computer generated a picture of what the finished product would look like with our fabric choice. We’d had a few other companies set up an appointments and then either not show up or want to give up a price without even seeing our house. Our awning was installed 2 weeks later. It’s beautiful and has a wind sensor and built in lights. Shipshape are such professionals! It was an absolute pleasure working with them.

Excellent customer service and product. One week from contract to installation. What more could you ask for? The entire team exemplifies the best in their field. Actually contacted another company in Miami first, I’m still waiting on color samples from them!!
