It's places like this that teach you what good customer service is. I wish it was closer to me.

Visited the store to inquire about borders for hardscape. The employee acted if I was wasting his time. I asked what they carried in stock and he said one single brand and model of border. I asked how long would it take to get samples. He replied they don’t sell samples. I asked how long to order pallets. He replied weeks. There was no willingness to help. No care to see a project fulfilled. I moved on. I have been a Site One customer for a decade. Their display, catalogs and stock are a waste of time.

Very disappointed. Purchased very overpriced mason sand that was full of rocks and not screened. Then made the mistake of ordering a small amount of river rock to be delivered. After dropping off the rock the truck driver cut across the corner of my front yard leaving a nice set of tire tracks and a rut. When I called, Eddie offered no apologies. He said it was a small truck and couldn’t be that bad. He asked me to send him pictures and “maybe” he would do something for me next time I ordered. Definitely won’t be a next time.

Guys,,,, they cheaters , I ordered 2 yards of soil mix for a plants, it cost me $189 , they send me one yard . I really feel so upset it's not because they cheet me out of soil but it's very bad for them to go this low . I called them and they insist they delivered 2 yards of soil...its really a shame . I should of known better from the bad reviews they have but I never thought they will go this low of cheating people and customers. If a person or company cheet you of dirt , they cheet you with everything else....

As a contractor, I enjoy working with SiteOne of Homer Glen. Allen and his team are fantastic with customer service, communication, and overall just making sure things are "right." This oftentimes means that the jobs run smoothly and without material delays. I would recommend Allen to any contractor who is looking for hardscape material and design ideas such as natural stone, Techo-Bloc, and various other outdoor living needs.
