Atlantic awnings installed a carport canopy at our house recently. We were pleased that the installation was on time and looks great. We have had many compliments since the canopy was installed. The company took care of all of the necessary paperwork and permits and delivered the final product on time. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in having this type of work done.

We went with Smart Shade Structures not because they had the cheapest quote (they didn't, but they also weren't the most expensive)... we chose them because right off the bat they were the easiest and most professional retracable shade company to talk to. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing, and had the installation process down to a science. We also liked that they offered magnetic screen rollers, as oppsed to zippers. Hopefully this will save us maintenance/headaches in the future. We love our new shades!! The look fabulous and provide amazing sun protection and privacy. We chose black screens with ivory metal details.

I will note the time from putting a deposit down to installation was MUCH longer than they estimated. We understand that supply chain issues and labor shortages are affecting every industry, but we are glad we weren't in a rush. There was one other small hiccup with our installation, which was fortunately resolved quickly. We always appreciate when a company can take responsibility and make things right-- mistakes will always happen, its how they're dealt with that matters. We still had a wonderful experience and would recommend Smart Shade Structures. Thank you to Kaitlyn, Vivian, and the installers.

Not happy with the level of service provided, or lack thereof. Called for a quote and they said they don't take on any jobs less than $2500. I told them I needed an entrance awning for a business and possibly another awning for back area, but wasn't sure. They proeeded to call me back 10 minutes later and tell me my job won't meet the minimum, without even bothering to give a price, or even attempt a visit for an estimate. As a business owner, this policy is ridiculous, especially considering all the referrals you just lost from lack of even trying. No bueno!

not quality, over sold and under delivered my system never has worked the way it should zero help has been offered. my calls are ignored. Not happy with the level of service which lacked heavily. office staff is not the nicest they do not offer help the girl that sold us the unit ignores my self and wife. the older lady at the office is very unprofessional and rude .
