Disappointing Experience / Customer Service Non-Existent

This was the first time working with S. Florida Doors and Windows and will definitely be our last. The degree of customer service or rather lack of, left little else to consider. When you are in the market for a product whether for a commercial or residential job, you also have an expectation that a business representative treats you at a minimum, with dignity and respect.
Mr. Bernstein was neither available during critical times of the manufacturing process, not available to answer even basic questions about delivery timelines and not surprisingly when our order was processed incorrectly, unavailable, unprofessional and dismissive. His comments were borderline misogynistic and quite frankly, frightening. He earned every word of this review.

I interviewed 10 contractors for the job after quite a few previous failing contractors (it means that I could not trust their referrals). I googled this company and launched interviews. I went to all showrooms but the showroom for this company was most memorable and the products better built.

It was the best decision that I made all the time I built in Miami. They delivered at a higher quality than my expectation. Most importantly, the price was fair. The staff was competent ( And they cleaned after themselves).

I liked the experience even more when the owner came after the job was finished to inspect and tried to fix to perfection. He is also a builder so you can trust that he is spot on at the inspection. What else can you ask for...

South Florida Doors and Windows were simply amazing to work with. The process of getting the permit done to having the windows installed was effortless and done with no trouble on my part. The price I was offered was fair compared to other companies. As the product was delivered to me, they came just as I expected. My doors and windows are such high quality and I love how good they look with my home.
I know at times installations can be very messy and be done poorly but that is not the case with this. When it was time to install in my house, the installers arrived at the promised time and started to install my doors and windows. Everyone was very polite and the job was done in a timely manner. Rodrigo especially was very polite, respectful, and helpful towards me the whole time. I would recommend South Florida Doors and Windows to anyone interested in getting impact doors and windows. Now my home can be protected from storms while still keeping its aesthetic.

Having my new windows installed by Rodrigo’s company South Florida Doors and Windows was such a pleasant experience. He was easy to speak with and helped me understand what kind of windows to get. The horizontal rolling windows I wanted really appeal to me, and they slide so smoothly. I’m thrilled with the new windows I bought as they are by far the highest quality windows I’ve seen compared to other companies.  I received a really good price for such high-quality windows.

I’m happy that this job was finished in a timely manner. Delivering the permit and waiting for the company to get back to you can take so long but Rodrigo always kept in touch with me and notified me when the permit was approved. He and his crew were very precise and punctual with when we would meet. After receiving the permit Rodrigo immediately ordered the materials straight to my house. I was happy to see that my windows came as promised with the right glass tint, frame color, and most importantly perfect condition.

The installation was fast. They began to install all my windows and in just a couple of days, they were done. Rodrigo really went above and beyond and replaced all my window sills even though he didn’t have too. The installation went perfectly and it passed the inspection with no issues. In the end, there were no hidden fees as the amount I paid was the same that was presented to me by South Florida Doors and Windows.

Now my home visually looks a lot nicer because of the windows. This was one of the best remodeling jobs and the best investment I’ve made on my condo, adding real estate value. And most importantly, my family, and I feel much more secure if a hurricane were to come.
