We moved into a new house last year. All of the windows in the house were original to the home and had multiple failed seals. I also knew the energy efficiency of these windows was lacking, just walking by the windows you could feel the cold. So we decided to replace the 39 windows.

The entire process was fantastic; windows were manufactured and delivered earlier than the original estimate and I had an instal date ready to go as soon as they came in. Josue and his crew worked hard to make sure to keep the process as clean as can be, taking the time to cover my furniture in each room, vacuum, and take time to make sure each window was sealed and caulked perfectly.

The new windows are in and they are great. With the cold weather that has come into town, I can tell a definite difference when walking by the windows in the house, no more cold drafts.

We are very pleased and thankful we chose Southern Windows and Doors for the whole house replacement of windows. From the very start, Brian and his son impressed us with their knowledge and professionalism. Their quote came in middle of the road of other quotes but their attention to detail made them the easy choice for us. They sent us a very detailed description of each window to be replaced with all measurements and type and led us to feel very confident in the workmanship we were to receive. They use the same window installers for every job which even made us more confident in their work. We felt their installer Josue was very professional and friendly and we enjoyed working with him and his crew. They let us know what to expect and when, and were punctual every time.

I’ve had four individuals with window companies in my home to give me a price for window installation. I would only recommend Bryan Singleton with Southern Windows & Doors. His presentation was very informative, in regards to tempered glass, sashes, grid style, etc. The cost of replacing 26 windows was within our budget. My wife and I are very satisfied with the end product.

It has been two months since I first contacted Bryan about an issue with one of the windows I bought from his company a couple of years ago. He said he was going to place a warranty claim with the manufacturer, which he never did. I've called and texted several times since the end of August (the last time we spoke), but haven't gotten an answer from him until today, when he finally left me a message asking for my address in order to submit the warranty claim, which should have been done a long time ago. I've not dealt with such a careless customer service in many years, and I have to say, I am truly disappointed with the lack of attention I received as a customer.

Highly recommended. I worked with Bryan to get eight windows and a sliding glass door installed to replace my 55-year-old single pane originals. New windows were installed, easy peasy and super quick. Everything looks professional as you would expect and they handled inspections and lead testing since it's an older home. The city inspector even mentioned to me that they did a good job on the install. Thank you.

My home now has 19 new windows, total price far less than half of other companies selling windows in North Texas, who had unpleasant and unprofessional sales people. Brian delivered on what he promised -- GREAT looking and high quality windows arrived several weeks after I ordered them. Installation was smooth -- the whole house was done within 4-5 hours and the crew cleaned up everything and were extremely courteous. I also wanted to my daughter to be in town to see the windows and Brian made that happen. So happy with our windows!

Nothing but good things to say about this company! Everything was wonderful from the original meeting with Ron to the sign off meeting with Bryan. The windows came faster than expected and the installation crew was amazing. The crew was fast, efficient, and clean. Ron had recommendations that we took and we are glad we did. We love a company that knows there business and this company knows their business! We would recommend this company to anyone that asked. There was no incentive offered for this review, the company really is this good!
