I am giving 2 starts because the individuals who work at the store itself are great but the work we had done at our home was disappointing. We used Spectrum to do our bathroom and kitchen flooring back in November of 2023 and it is already broken in multiple spots. We had vinyl flooring installed and multiple spots already need to be replaced. They also self leveled our kitchen floor before they laid the new floor and every time we step in a certain spot right in front of our sink I can feel an air pocked underneath. I should have known by their name that they specialize in tile and carpet but I didn’t expect the work we had done to be so unsatisfactory.

They carry an amazing selection of tile! For more than the box stores and other tile shops we have visited. Don’t waste your time anywhere else!

Sean was INCREDIBLY helpful! He had great suggestions and tips. He is extremely knowledgeable on tile. We came in with a vague idea of what we wanted and he helped us quickly find excellent options. He was not pushy at all.

Our experience far exceeded our expectations-we walked out with all of our tile selected and ordered along with the necessary supplies. In hindsight, I wish we had found them at the outset and not wasted time at other stores.

Best selection of tiles in a 50 mile radius. Staff are super friendly and ready to assist you with any questions. Very helpful team. Supported me through the heated flooring system made by schlueter. Recommended to all.
