The entire process was professional, personable and smooth. Ryan , our installer did an excellent job. He had had to come back from minor glitch and handled it beautifully. Our sales person designer I forget his name was also amazing. Would highly recommend.

Installed automated shades in our office today and yesterday. Ryan and Trent were great to work with and didn't mind at all waiting for me to fiddle with the controls and break things so they could fix any issues while they were here. Made sure I knew I could always call them to come back out if any issues came up and that they are committed to their customer service.

Joe was great! Came to fix a small issue that we were aware of after the initial install and also adjusted a few other things he noticed while he was there. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work and in this company! Tiffni our designer was also fabulous! She was so great to work with and helped us pick the most perfect Zebra shades! We love the new look in our family room!

The customer service from the beginning all the way through installation was outstanding. Tiffni did a great job talking us through our design options and helping us pick the perfect shades for our house. From there Sam and Ryan were professional, friendly, and extremely efficient during installation. What we thought was an all day project turned out to be done in half the time! They made sure we were completely satisfied with everything and made sure we knew how to operate it all. I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience! A great group of people to work with and we couldn’t be happier!
