When it comes time to do our other bathrooms, we will go with The Bath Connection.

We walked into the Bath Connection to have our Master Bathroom redone. This was the first time we have done a renovation, and didn’t quite know where to start. Niki was very kind and knowledgeable while she explained our options. Niki was very patient with us as we took some time to finally decide on what we wanted.

Once the renovation began, the crew was very professional, kind, and they really seemed to take pride in their work. They did a complete gut of our bathroom, moved a lot of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

They did a great job with our bathroom, but also cleaned up everyday, including vacuuming the floors in our bedroom! The work took about 1.5 weeks from demo to completion.

The bathroom looks amazing, and we can’t wait to start using it!

I used Bath Connection for my bathroom remodel in the fall. From the first time when Kendon and Alec came out to measure and see what i wanted done, I knew I couldn't use anyone else. They were on time, flexible and easy to work with. I love love my new bathroom and got exactly what I wanted, even a faux wall paint treatment. Niki who works in the office and does the ordering is amazing, I can't say enough good things about her. She heard exactly what i wanted and was relentless in finding it!! I have had a couple minor issues since the remodel and Niki was very easy to reach and responsive. The guys have been out a couple times and I so appreciate them in making sure I'm happy with my bathroom. So glad I chose Bath Connection!!

I am absolutely thrilled about the remodel of my bathroom. When Alec, Kendon and Tim came to give me an estimate and ideas of what to do to my bathroom they were prompt and helpful. The estimate given was reasonable and fair. The transformation they did to my bathroom is absolutely beautiful and could definitely be put into a magazine! They are prompt, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and proficient in every aspect of the remodel. The amount of time they said it would take was exactly right. I would highly recommend them! I know that I will be using them in any future project that I have in my house.

Where do I start after nightmares with other companies and contracters what a relief and an enjoyable experience from beginning to end starting with the nicest sweetest lady in the office Nikki who was so helpful to the boys Alec and Kendon who were fantastic. They listened to exactly what we wanted and helped us design the exact bathroom we wanted. They showed up on time worked quickly and did an incredible job always cleaning up at the end of the day. Pricing was fair and the work was incredible. Love, love love my new bathroom!! If you are on the fence just know you are in good hands

I chose The Bath Connection because of Rod's knowledge on remodeling, his personal approach, and fair price. The guys on his crew were so nice, they cleaned up after themselves every day, and were conscientious of my pets. I could not believe how quickly they got the demolition done and the progress each day was remarkable. My new bathroom is amazing, and I look forward to having them do more work for me.

Because of their knowledge, professionalism and personal care with each project, I have had Rod and his crew back for two more remodeling jobs. They completed my half bath last year and just finished my kitchen last month. I love them both, especially my kitchen! I am very happy with their work and have recommended them to several friends who are also using them.

Kendon and Alec did an amazing job! Hands down, one of the best experiences! From day one when we first met them at the home show until the final day of the remodel, it was all professional and they were super personable. My husband and I are so pleased with the quality of their workmanship. Our bathroom looks gorgeous. Highly recommend!!!!

The Bath Connection did a fantastic job on my bathroom remodel and I would highly recommend them. My remodel entailed a total gutting. I now have an enlarged shower, new toliet, new flooring, a double vanity and a large cabinet for storage. They were so easy to work with and offered suggestions that we had not previously discussed. They cleaned up their area after they finished each day. I cannot say enough good things about Alec, Kendon and Niki. Thank you for all you did to make my bathroom so incredible!
