We loved our stay here. Cozy, rustic setting with gorgeous views at the base of Grand Mesa yet a few minutes from amenities. Liz and Jarrett were wonderful hosts and made the stay perfect! Much better than a hotel or Airbnb for my money. If the blissful sounds of a babbling brook don’t do it for you, you might need medication! Loved it!!!

Very clean and beautiful property. The outside sitting area/backyard is great. The creek is peaceful, I really enjoyed it. Liz, the owner, is excellent! Also, the location is close to beautiful CO towns like Paonia, Crested Butte, Marble/Redstone area(s), Carbondale, Aspen, Gunnison, Ridgway, and Ouray (if you feel like visiting other nearby towns/cities). I stayed at a pet-free cabin and did not find a single dog/cat hair. The owners also offer pet-friendly cabins and they seem to be very dog friendly. Highly recommend 🙂

Stayed here for a 3 night girls trip. The cabin was cozy and comfortably appointed with all the necessities. The hat making craft was wonderful. The private firepit area was great to hang out at. I would love to visit again.

The location is in a beautiful spot. The cabins have such a relaxing atmosphere, and pretty much have anything you might need. Overall it was an awesome stay and we definitely will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was well appointed with a kitchen that has everything you might need for a stay. We had a great view of Grand Mesa from our cabin. Fluffy towels, nice bed, easy access, and nice outdoor spaces. Highly recommend.

We had our wedding in August 2023, and it was everything I have every wished for and more! Liz the host is very kind and attentive to you to have the best stay possible. She went above and beyond with decor and different ideas that made our already special day even more special. The views are breathtaking, not only do you have one of the best views of the Grand Mesa you can get, but every direction you turn there more majestic mountains and scenery. The cabins themselves were very clean, warm, comfortable, and decorated with amazing vintage pieces and beautiful art work. They also had all the amenities that us and our party could want, from refrigerators, coffee makers, clean bathrooms and showers and more.Each cabin has their back patio space with firepits and tables, as well as the Grand fire pit which was perfect for gathering large groups of people. The location was perfect as well, not just for the amazing views, but for functionality as well, far enough away you get that true colorado outdoor woodsy feel, but still close enough to town to never go without anything you may need last minute. This is the perfect place if your looking for that true colorado feel and the luxury of your classic wedding venue. We will most definitely be visiting again!!!

My hubby and our two kiddos stayed for a night at the cabins. We had a wonderful experience. The kiddos enjoyed playing in the nearby stream and outdoor games. The area was beautiful, clean, and quiet. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the cabins. The cabins were clean and comfortable. The cabins had everything we needed to cook, but we chose to pick up food at a nearby diner (recommended in the room binder- which was excellent!) Liz was so helpful- she met us at our car and gave us a quick orientation. We had forgotten a hat and she texted me a picture to see if we would like to return to get it. We highly recommend the cabins for a nice outdoor getaway.

We stayed at the Cabins of Grand Mesa for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. The cabin was great, loved the antique furnishings. The property is bordered by the creek on two sides, providing nice areas to just hang out and relax. My husband did lots of birding and took many great pictures. Liz is a great host, we would love to go back in the Fall!
