I was very thorough when searching for companies. Looking for the best price but also someone I could trust to do a great job. R&S surpassed my expectations. Always felt professional, great prices and when it came to instalation I was blown away by how fast and clean they work. Laurenti and crew are amazing. Gabby was my contact at the company and she was there to answer every question and work with me. I would give it more stars if I could. This is the only company I'll recommend when it comes to windows and doors!

R&S was a great company to work with. I received 5 quotes when shopping for my impact doors and windows. We recently moved into our new home, and the hurricane proof sliding doors and front door was missing from our property in order to receive the insurance credit. While R&S was not the cheapest, I had heard from others their attention to detail was above and beyond. Lynne, our sales rep, came in, measured the windows and gave us options to choose from based on our price point. Prior to the install, Alex the installer came by to confirm and assess the work area prior to removing any windows. Once the project began, his team worked carefully, removing the old windows and securing the new. Lynne and Alex were a great team to work with, I would highly recommend R&S, and be sure to ask for them!

Our experience with R&S was fantastic. Danny, our project manager, made the process a breeze from start to finish. He gave us plenty of options to choose from based on our very picky taste and provided his recommendations based on his experience. He was meticulous in the order process, triple checking absolutely everything we were ordering (16 windows and 4 doors) before placing the order. He kept us up to date on expected material arrival time throughout the manufacturing process. Once the material arrived, they began installing shortly after and were very efficient and thorough. Yoandry and the rest of the team were very detail oriented, efficient and cleaned up after everything they did. When finished for the day, there was virtually no dirt in the house. They provided us with installation options to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Throughout the 4 days of installation, Danny came every single day to check on the progress and make sure we were happy with everything and to answer any questions we had. This kind of experience is how EVERY house project should be. We couldn't be happier with our decision. Thank you R&S for the stellar service!
