Had a good experience here buying an area rug here. I returned several area rugs I bought online at other stores because the colors were different than the image online, could not feel the thickness, etc. I finally decided I needed to buy in person. The Dump carries Karastan closeout rugs at a great price and they are all hanging on display - some are one of a kind, some are rugs that another company did not follow through on the purchase order so The Dump comes in and buys the lot. You take home the actual rug hanging in front of you. I like that. You can get an idea of what the pricing looks like on their website, but the website does not show all styles and sizes that are available in store. The Dump generally has a 'final sale' policy, on everything except area rugs which can be returned for 5 days and you must pay a $50 restocking fee. While not ideal, it is far less expensive than paying for shipping back to any online store and the fact that you have seen the rug in person increases the chance you will like it in your house. I took the chance and love the purchase I made. The Karastan rugs are very nice quality, highly recommended. The salesperson was attentive but not pushy. Overall, a great experience.

Excellent Customer Service! Brandon met us at the door and was welcoming and friendly. Explained how the Dump works and led us to the area for what we were looking for. He answered questions and looked up additional information for us. Brandon was knowledgeable and no pressure . He made the whole experience a delight. I came to with my sister to look for a table for her and left with a perfect size table and chairs for my kitchen.

We had a very positive experience at this location! Our sales rep, Rick, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us a lot of great options and gave us space to talk and explore on our own. We ended up finding a couch we absolutely love for a great price. This was genuinely the most positive sales experience we’ve had in a long time!

We took a "field trip" to the Deerfield Dump, and ended up buying a lounge chair and ottoman, and couldn't be more pleased with with our purchase of a quality item at a fraction of the cost at other retailers (so easy to check prices online). Salesman explained their pricing and availability without being high pressure. Delivery is available, but we did not need it. When we picked the chair up, we were impressed with how well it was wrapped! Courteous staff loaded it into the back of our SUV. A totally excellent experience. As an aside, we can't get over the Dump's selection of area rugs, will need to head back there when in the market for that!
