This was such an easy and rewarding experience. I really did not have the first clue as to what I should do with my giant window. I met with Donna from the Walnut Street store and she showed me a selection of fabrics and sent me home with samples. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. My husband and I found a pattern we really loved, but there were several choices that would have looked very nice as well. The technician came to my home to take careful measurements and the installation was quick and flawless. My shade makes the whole room. I could not be happier

Spent thousands on 4 simple roller shades plus installation. 1 didn’t fit and needs to be reordered, the other 3 were only partially installed. The store was unhelpful in rescheduling and I'm still waiting on a fix. Very glad I held off on ordering treatments for the other windows, will look elsewhere.

This was my first time at this location looking for custom Faux blinds and from the time I walked in it felt almost like I was a bother then my questions seem like it was too many. I feel the team here needs better customer service skills especially for the prices they are charging
