We hired Windows Depot to Install 6 PGT windows and 2 sliders in our condo. Both sliders leak very badly and allow wind to pass through all the sliders due to poor installation. We have contacted Window Depot and our salesman multiple times to fix (within the first year of warranty). Windows Depot has no service manager to own the problem, follow up and resolve the situation. The many folks we have spoken to make repeated promises and then never follow through. All we hear is the owner needs to deal With this and he is always out of town when he is needed to address the situation. Windows Depot does not stand behind their workmanship or product. Based on my experience I would not recommend to
Any homeowner to use them unless you want leaky windows and a company that does not stand behind there products.

The WD did a fantastic job from start to finish. Pricing was very competitive, they listened to all of our concerns and provided great communication the whole way thru. The installation was clean, the crew was friendly, and the windows look great.

So we met with Miles from The Window Depot and he really gave us a great presentation for our window and door options. He really went the extra mile in setting up comparisons with various products they offer. Before he left we had a deal. We are extremely happy with our new Sliding Doors from The Window Depot. From the initial salesman contact to the finishing touches by the installation crew our experience has been wonderful. I have never dealt with a group of folks that were more personable and genuine throughout the process. Since installing our new doors we can no longer hear the sound of our waterfall from the pool. Couldn't be happier!!! Highly Recommend Chris our sales rep, Kim in customer service and Eric and his crew - our installers!!!!

We had a window replaced and it leaked. I was told that it was not the window by the owner. I had to hire 2 professionals to tell them it was their product. It messed up the rugs, walls and outlet. We replaced the rugs and had the room painted. However the wall was ruined do to water damage and had to be cut out. I was told that they would come fix the wall. However it was not done and now no one will return my messages or texts.

I would like to start with the fact that I do not like to give bad reviews, and always try and give a company the benefit of the doubt and an opportunity to rectify the situation before doing so. That being said, I CANNOT recommend this company. Zero communication from the company, even after issues have been brought to their attention. We’ve had MANY issues since our install (door chipped, mortar left to dry on our pebble patio, door hardware not installed properly, missing screws, poor finish work that I am going to have to redo, etc.) and it has been a nightmare to get any information as to what is going on with the repairs that are now needed. We’re 5 months out fromwhen we decided to proceed with this company, and 1 month out from the initial install and we have yet to receive a resolution. Im sure they’re a great company if everything runs smoothly, but if there are any hiccups in your install, expect hell. Our installers said they thought it’d take 3 hours so complete but they were here for 10 (after arriving 2 hours late with no phone call). They installed the doorknob we provided, but tossed the extra knob that they didn’t think was needed and installed the deadbolt upside down, despite the arrow that says UP! Now that I have reinstalled the deadbolt in the correct direction (since the foreman that came out to make note of our issues didn’t), the deadbolt is no longer aligned with the strike plate. So either way, we can’t lock the door. We have been told we’ll be receiving a replacement for the chipped door by 3/14, so I am hopeful that will be the case, but I do not have high hopes of the remainder of the issues being completed to the standards this company touts. I will update this review if/when the issues are rectified.

They installed hurricane windows and doors all through my house but they left a lot of loose ends and they are not answering my calls. I’ve called them for weeks. Therefore I cannot recommend them. It’s a pity that they screwed up their relationship with me over stuff that is easy to fix.
