I was very pleased with the work that was done. Danial and his crew were absolutely marvelous. They knew what they were doing. They didn’t mess around. They cleaned up everything. They vacuumed my floors. They mopped the Vinyl flooring. In the beginning, they came in and put tarps all the way to the front door around anything and to the windows. The Window Experts were phenomenal throughout the entire process. No pushy sales pitch or upselling unnecessary products or services. The install team are all employees of the company, no sub-contractors, and they showed pride and professionalism in their work. They arrived on time, completed the work in a timely and efficient way (installed 8 windows in 4 hours!), took care of my house and belongings, and were professional the entire time. When they left they vacuumed and cleaned everything so it was like they were never there. Five-Star Experience with The Window Experts!

We had the absolute pleasure of choosing The Window Experts as our partner in remodeling the exterior of our home, and improving our interior at the same time. From the beginning, our goal was to enhance curb appeal while bringing the exterior beauty indoors, and The Window Experts have exceeded our expectations so far.

With Eric Atkins’ guidance, we selected stunning Anlin windows, and we’re eagerly awaiting the installation. The process has been incredibly seamless, and their team has been so kind and professional throughout. Jeff, the owner, even took the time to personally reach out, which speaks volumes about the level of care they put into their work.

We understand that manufacturing specialty windows takes time, but based on our experience so far, we’re confident we’ll have the best quality windows in Texas. After meeting with five different window companies, I came to realize a few things. Windows themselves are a commodity and widely available. Pick whatever brand or style tickles your fancy.

The key is finding an honest, quality company to manage the project and perform the install. In my experience, there is no one better than the Window Experts. Honest Sales folks, top-notch back shop personnel who keep customers informed every step of the way, and a great install of a wide variety of window brands. You won't believe how well they finish the installation with a great caulk job.

Just think about it, a great window poorly installed into your home, is NOT what you're wanting. You want it to keep out air and water while looking great. Focus on the installer and THEN pick your window. Call Window Experts after you meet with at least one other company...you'll see the difference. Highly recommended!

The Window Experts are the Real Deal! After researching multiple options for replacing 35 windows in a 100-year old duplex and receiving several quotes for wood and vinyl replacement windows, we chose TWE to install fiberglass windows. The educational Youtube videos that the owner, Jeff Ludy has posted over the years helped us to understand what our priorities were for the project. The fact that TWE does all of the installation with their own internal team (unlike several competitors we talked to) sealed the deal. The communication was fantastic…whenever we had questions, the response was always prompt and the explanations thorough. Execution is next…conscientious installers with an attention to detail in the prep, install and cleanup. And finally, the product they installed is excellent. We have already seen a significant decrease in our heating bill this winter, and expect to save a ton on A/C costs this summer in Texas. Thank you TWE for delighting us as promised!

I had been watching the owner’s videos on YouTube and what I appreciated most was that Jeff was willing to educate us about ALL things pertaining to purchasing new windows, a major investment. From the showroom, to the manufacturing plant, to the job site, Jeff was transparent with the entire process.

Jeff is so passionate about his profession, he surprised me and showed up at my home during my initial consultation with Eric-the regional manager. It was such a comfortable conversation that I knew they had heard my needs/concerns about such a big investment. Eric and the installation team did a wonderful job replacing 18 windows in one day. I’m so glad that Houston Window Experts decided expand to the DFW area!
