This is our sixth home. Always heard horror stories about purchasing and installing new windows. Got a few quotes and Thermal Windows won our business. Our salesman, Shaun, was incredible. Lots of ideas that not only enhanced the look of our home but saved us money. Shaun stayed in communication throughout the process. Always accessible by phone or text. The install was scheduled for three days. Steven and his team had it done in two. Could not have gone smoother. They truly treat your home as if it were their own. I tried to vacuum behind them and there was nothing there. The crew could not have been better. We could not be happier with the entire project. Highly recommend!!!! Adding just a few photos.

My in-laws built their house in 1990 and used Thermal Windows. They had an efficiency study done and the guy commented on how good the windows were. Then my brother in law built a home in 2017 with three big windows in his dining room facing west across an open Oklahoma field with no shade. It’s surprising how little heat gets through when you stand in front of them on a summer evening. So when it came time to build our house, centered around the living room view, they were our first choice. The salesman (Tyler) was great. We went through great detail on every option and cost consideration, he made size change recommendations based on glass thickness requirements/cost and answered all my questions. They weren’t the fastest, but he was correct in telling me at what phase to order and, more importantly, each delivery was exactly on time (not that common in home construction). The windows are great and weren’t much more than the lumber yard windows. Now, they don’t defy the laws of thermodynamics, but in a house with abnormally large percentage of wall space as exterior windows, they perform beautifully and get a lot of comments. Same for the back sliding door. After completion I needed some warranty work done (likely damage during install/construction process, which they did not do). I totally forgot the first time and missed the visit. I live an hour away and they weren’t upset and rescheduled and completed everything the next time. Good customer service there. Cons: they’re incredibly heavy. Your builder needs to know this. If the framing crew just leaves a couple guys behind to hang your widows, they won’t be able to do it. Took 6 guys to do mine. Mulling them (connecting several windows together to fill a big window opening) is neither easy, nor intuitive. Have your builder meet up with the salesman for instructions - the delivery guys were not helpful. But these are two super easy things to overcome. Highly recommend these guys. Thermal Windows did an excellent job, from the initial quote, measuring, and installing gorgeous windows. The install guys were courteous, punctual, and did a fantastic job on 2 difficult windows. Replaced all trim, caulked, and communicated all issues.

I'm genuinely astounded at all the positive reviews given the poor service we received and the the substandard French doors that were installed and have wind screaming through them as I type. Given that it took a year to get someone to come back after installation to correct this issue and it's still this bad, I refuse to even try again.

I'll find another solution.

Two men both named Will polite and professional installed 14 windows in two days, did an excellent job. I recommend Thermal Windows Inc. a great product at a good price.

I had Thermal Windows make the windows for the house I live in 10 years ago. Custom made. Price was great and windows fit perfectly and I’ve had no problems.
Last year I had to gut a house and remodel so I could sell it. I had seem these ads on television from a major window maker and install company. A salesman came out, gave a sales pitch .Before he left he gave me a price over $33,000 to make and install the windows.
I then called Thermal Windows. For less than 1/3rd of the price from the major company, I got custom designed ( by me ) windows delivered and installed. And these are not plastic or “composite “ framed windows. They are aluminum and glass. And they fit perfectly.
I will always recommend Thermal Windows.
But give them plenty of notice before you need your windows. There is a waiting list.

We bought Thermal windows as per the advice of our builder. We have only had issues with all larger opening windows. Currently the kitchen window is all but impossible to open. but it closes easily. The internal tensioner tension is set wrong. The guest bedroom window has come off of its track, and would not function as an emergency egress in case of fire. The window was damaged by people from Thermal windows when they were here and left suddenly, stating they were called to an emergency at another location. They did not report to us that they had damaged the window before they left. Thermal windows all of a sudden became very attentive after we posted a poor review previously. But now they have not gotten back to use after we have reported issues with the bedroom opening window and the kitchen window after three weeks of reporting it to them. The pictures below, are pictures taken this morning. This is ice on the windows that has accumulated with the current deep freeze. Thermal windows claims that there is a thermal break between the outside of the inside. This is how effective the thermal break is! We have ice accumulated on the metal surfaces. We may have to pay for new windows from Anderson or Pella who make a much better window. Buyer beware!!!
