I had an old bay window replaced with standard windows in February and Luke who came by himself to do the job did and excellent job in a reasonable amount of time even in the cold weather. I highly recommend Luke for any window job for he is meticulous in every detail. Thanks to the office for working with me on an affordable price I will be going back for future business for flooring needs.

We chose Tom Adams to do the bulk of our house remodeling this past summer/ fall (Roof, Siding, Windows, Doors, Floors & Moldings). Bobbi Jo was incredible to work with when it came to helping us pick out all of our designs and materials. She is incredibly knowledgable, kind and patient which we were so appreciative of. We felt really confident with all of our decisions. Like most places these days, there was quite a wait-time between production/materials and scheduling but once things got started the process moved along pretty quickly. While we were very happy with a majority of the work but we did have a few issues come up. Each project was done by a different crew and we didn’t feel as though communication between all of the crews was up to our standards. There were several instances where we felt like we had to babysit the individual crews to make sure certain things were done right/not overlooked. We had a couple of windows/screens arrive with minor damage, and our doors were installed wrong as were all of our door handles. Not a huge deal, but what was most disappointing is that 1 + month since construction wrapped up, they still have not come back to fix them. It seems like once they were fully paid, they didn’t want to prioritize following up in a timely manners, citing our location as a reason for the long timeline to come back and make things right. The biggest disappointment was our molding installation- it was a rushed job and the work was sloppy. Not once did a crew manager come out to inspect the work and we had to wait a while to hear back from the service department for a resolution. All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Tom Adams but it’s important to be a strong advocate for yourself throughout the entirety of your project. For the amount of time and money spent, I don’t feel as though we should have run into as many problems as we did and that’s really been the biggest disappointment. Bobbi Jo was a great contact to have throughout the process as she was attentive and proactive in trying to make things right, but it was the service/installation itself that left a lot to be desired. In the end, we are pleased with our renovations and a majority of the work appears to be really well done.

Dave did a great job and took his time filling some void areas under our hardwood floor. He blended the colors of the access holes he needed to make perfectly and you can’t even tell any drill marks are there at all. Thanks for a great service.
