My house previously had new but cheaply and badly installed floors. In fact, there were multiple different types floors and all had gaps in the corners. The Total Flooring team leveled my floors, added trim and did an excellent job. They even got the job done a day and a half faster than planned because they brought a larger a team who worked quickly. I’m so happy with how it looks. It feels like I have a new house!

Sales side of the business is good! Brit took care of us and came out to the house to measure and kept us informed of the costs/adjustments. Installation team was excellent! Professional and quick. If I had more floor, I’d return! 😆

From start to finish the buying/installation process with Total Flooring was excellent! To start, the sales rep, Vince, went above and beyond. We had an insurance claim out for our carpet and he ensured that we were supported throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. After making our carpet selection, he gave us updates on the timeframe of the installation along the way. Fast forward to the installation, Ruben and team were very nice & even took the time to FaceTime me with a predicament they were facing. They provided excellent service and overcame the predicament - the carpet looks and feels awesome! Kids love it too. Thank you Vince, Ruben and team for your service. Highly recommend.

I have used Total flooring in the past and had a good experience. Today was a different story. Kevin the sales rep sends me a message that he is going to be 30 min late. No big deal. 45 minutes later I call him and he is still 5 -10 min away. He shows up and looks like he just got out of bed. He asked a few questions and I answered. He then asked me if there was a problem and I stated well your 45 minutes late. He gets mad and starts complaining about how he had an issue with his tire and states if you expect that kind of promptness we can't do business. He gets in his car and drove away. I called the office and asked for the person I had delt with before and I was told he was no longer with the company(I believe he was the previous owner). I asked to speak to the manager who was also not available. I explained the situation to the person who answered the phone and she apologized. Instead of giving the message to the manager, she gave it to the sales rep. He then texts me stating "I have no supervisor that want anything to do with a liar" Well if this is the way they treat their customers I want nothing to do with them either!

Wonderful experience all the way around. Vincent, from Total Flooring, was great to work with. He not only had samples sent to our home but also spent time with me at the store location comparing many different colors and styles. Helping me to identify what I really wanted for my floors. Installation was completed yesterday, and I love my new CoreTec floors.
