Tri-State Window installed nine windows in my house yesterday. A good friend recommended them and she and I visited them to get more information. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. Andreas was the person who helped me when I first went to their main location/factory. What impressed me about him was that he wasn't pushy, he was all about service. He listened and was patient with my many questions. He mentioned to me that they have been in business many years, which is a good sign. The team who installed the windows were professional, polite, and left my house neat and clean. I could tell that they were very experienced. The job only took six hours, and the price was reasonable for high quality windows. This company manufactures the windows and installs them. It's one stop shopping - makes everything easy. Highly recommended.

Tri State Windows are by far the best windows you can buy. David Sacks was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. David showed us how these windows are superior than the other manufacturers. They are made right here on Long Island and have a lifetime warranty. The installers were professional and courteous at all times and completed the whole house within a day. The windows operate so smoothly and love the way they automatically lock when you close them. Weather and sound tight windows - they look amazing! Highly recommended!

Couldn't have had a better experience with Tri State. They are most obviously a customer-centric company! From the salesman, to the measurer (who went so very above and beyond), to the installers (who left the house immaculate), provided us with nothing but impeccable service and quality. Fantastic experience from start to finish. I needed to repair a shattered window and I did not know if I needed to replace the entire window or simply replace the glass. These guys are the ones to call!!! Tri State Window Factory were very helpful and honest every step of the way, the team is very kind and professional. The installation was seamless and my window looks better than before! 10/10 top-notch customer service!! Highly recommend!

Great experience with Tri State! I replaced all my windows and siding with them. They replaced 11 windows in less than 3 hours, and I absolutely love them! The siding installers, Chris and Louis were fantastic. I am very hard to please and I am very happy with the job they did. Chris went above and beyond on multiple occasions and I cannot thank him enough. My house looks more beautiful than I ever imagined!

I am really happy with Tri-State Window Factory. The windows are smooth and feel rigid. The locking mechanisms are excellent. The people there at the factory are all responsive. The guy who measures was a very nice person. The crew that came here to install were very nice. The noise level from outside dropped as well. So glad I went with them. Also took only a week and a half from visit with Andreas to install.

I don't normally write reviews, but the team at Tri-State Window Factory just did yet another fabulous install at our home (new storm door and window) and I had to share. They're meticulous throughout the whole process, from sales to measuring to installation, we have always had a pleasant experience with each team. We have done all our windows now at this point and a few doors too. Love it when friends and family comment on how nice they look and how well they're built.

Never had any hidden surprises or costs either. The cost breakdown is clearly written up every time which we appreciate. We are fortunate to have found Tri-State and will continue to use them as needed ... their warranty policy is also hard to beat, just got a few of their window screens re-screened too that were damaged from years of weathering and no hassles and no charge!
