I did a last minute visit to the showroom and they were so accommodating and explained everything in great details. The windows/doors work was done so fast (2 days). The crew worked efficiently and they were careful, respectful, and paid attention to details. We are so pleased with the work done and how efficiently everything was handle. Choosing the right company for impact windows in Miami was crucial for us, and Triton Windows exceeded our expectations in every way.
Shop around for prices, and you'll see the difference. Triton offers the best prices in town without compromising on quality. We installed CGI windows and a beautiful PGT 3 panel sliding door. Both manufacturers have several companies installing their windows, we had previously used another one suggested by CGI (same product way higher prices) but Triton was the first to return our call and promptly provide a detailed quote that was not only transparent but also significantly lower than 3 other quotes we received. After their initial quote, they promptly answered all our questions, ensuring we felt valued and informed throughout the process.Their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. From Patricia in customer service to Nicole and Alex, the owners, everyone went out of their way to find the best options for our home, ensuring we got exactly what we needed without any pressure.

Triton replaced our older Front Door, Sliding Door, and 8 large Windows in our Coral Gables home earlier this year. We are thrilled with the final product as well as the installation. Extending a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to the Triton Window team. I recently worked with Triton to install impact windows and doors in my home. From the very beginning of the process the Triton team was a pleasure to work with. Alex, my sales rep took his time and educated me on my options and was very patient in answering ALL of my questions. The office team, Nicole, Andrea and Beatriz were all very responsive and kept me up to date every step of the way. The installation crew was efficient and clean, they took the time to make sure the surrounding areas were protected and made every effort to prevent unnecessary damage to existing walls, etc. which meant I had very little touch up work to do after the install.
