From beginning to end doing business with Triton Windows was an excellent experience. Alex and his team were amazing, everybody was so professional and courteous. Everything was handle smoothly, the team at the office were wonderful Beatrice and Patricia are so polite...great customer service manners. I did a last minute visit to the showroom and they were so accommodating and explained everything in great details. The windows/doors work was done so fast (2 days). The crew worked efficiently and they were careful, respectful, and paid attention to details. We are so pleased with the work done and how efficiently everything was handle. We highly recommend doing business with Triton Window Distributors. Last but not least, a word of advise to future customers, being prepared for the team to arrive and do the work would make things go smoothly and efficiently, and be prepared for the cleaning after :) THANK YOU TRITON!

Unbeatable Prices & Stellar Service Choosing the right company for impact windows in Miami was crucial for us, and Triton Windows exceeded our expectations in every way. Shop around for prices, and you'll see the difference. Triton offers the best prices in town without compromising on quality. We installed CGI windows and a beautiful PGT 3 panel sliding door. Both manufacturers have several companies installing their windows, we had previously used another one suggested by CGI (same product way higher prices) but Triton was the first to return our call and promptly provide a detailed quote that was not only transparent but also significantly lower than 3 other quotes we received. After their initial quote, they promptly answered all our questions, ensuring we felt valued and informed throughout the process.Their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. From Patricia in customer service to Nicole and Alex, the owners, everyone went out of their way to find the best options for our home, ensuring we got exactly what we needed without any pressure. Permits and Installation was seamless, Lydia, Beatrice and Luis handled the permits and coordinated installation flawlessly. Their attention to detail and proactive communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The installation crew was punctual, efficient, and left our home cleaner than when they arrived. The windows themselves are of top-notch and look awesome!

It was a pleasure working with Alex and Nicole at Triton Windows. They helped us figure out exactly what would be best for our 1938 house, and offered terrific suggestions—they both have an excellent eye for what things are going to look like, and Alex was very good at planning the installation. The project itself went smoothly, right within the expected time frame. The new windows and doors look beautiful, and two inspectors who examined the work both told us what fantastic protection the windows and doors would give us.

We highly recommend Triton Window Distributors for installation of hurricane-impact windows and doors. Triton replaced our older Front Door, Sliding Door, and 8 large Windows in our Coral Gables home earlier this year. We are thrilled with the final product as well as the installation. From our initial meeting to the final inspection, their entire staff demonstrated utmost professionalism and provided great service and quality work. They took their time to explain the different options and take measurements. Their time estimate for the job was reasonable and perfectly within the time frame initially given. They navigated the permit system of Coral Gables without any difficulties (shoutout to the architect). They immediately replaced one of the windows that had been delivered with a stress crack without hesitation. Finally, throughout the process, they responded timely to all our questions and requests. If you need to replace your older windows and doors, this is the company to call.

Triton Windows was both professional and focused on quality and customer service. There was virtually zero disruption to both the inside and outside areas around all openings after installation of both windows and doors. We could not be more thrilled with their service and attention to detail.

Extending a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to the Triton Window team. I recently worked with Triton to install impact windows and doors in my home. From the very beginning of the process the Triton team was a pleasure to work with. Alex, my sales rep took his time and educated me on my options and was very patient in answering ALL of my questions. The office team, Nicole, Andrea and Beatriz were all very responsive and kept me up to date every step of the way. The installation crew was efficient and clean, they took the time to make sure the surrounding areas were protected and made every effort to prevent unnecessary damage to existing walls, etc. which meant I had very little touch up work to do after the install. Luis, the PM, was especially attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the final product. I definitely recommend anyone considering to install/replace windows in their home to work with Triton.
