TrueSon was incredible to work with! We got several other quotes for our deck project but ultimately decided on TrueSon because we felt they truly had the experience and expertise to carry out our vision. Josh was very patient with me and all of my change orders and indecisiveness. 🙂

The crew was amazing and it did not go unnoticed how detailed oriented they were-and also clean! Even though they were coming back day after day they made sure to clean off our back patio and leave no sawdust or trash EVERYDAY.

My only criticism is that there are too many options! The sky is truly the limit-if you can think of it they’ll make it happen! Thank you TruSon!

It is impossible to say too many good things about our walk-in shower and vanity top installation by TrueSon. Everything about our walk-in shower with built-in seat is PERFECT! Jeff White and Stacy Fitzpatrick sat down with us in their showroom and made valuable suggestions. Then they both visited our home. Stacy helped us choose a good color, by kneeling and placing color samples next to our existing tile floor. WHO DOES THAT!? Stacy does. Jeff White was "laid back" and in the absence of any high pressure sales, made us at ease and comfortable. The shower walls goe to the ceiling with crown molding and a perfectly framed window. The seat is perfect for our Golden Years should we become infirmed. We were then introduced to Greg Toul, their Interiors Field Manager who made another trip with Jeff and walked us through the project step by step going over all the details in writing. Next we were introduced to Jim Hess and Nathan Brassel. They are fantastic personalities and Blue Ribbon installers. Jim was meticulous to every detail and would take time to explain the infrequent "hiccups" along the way. Jim took the time to help us choose the best places for grab bars... his experience and helpfulness was invaluable! I hope you someday get a chance to meet Nathan. His politeness and presentation is a credit to TrueSon. A great hire No Doubt! Shirley and I enjoyed having them in our home. It is impossible to overstate the great job they did and Jim's cleanup was sheer spotlessness. Jim and Nathan became our friends. Greg Toul came back to give the install a final inspection. He cauked an area that Picks (shower door vendor and installer) had overlooked and then he thoroughly wiped down every wall from floor to ceiling before we received the final invoice. The bottom line.....We are so happy and blessed because of our decision to trust TrueSon with this project. TrueSon flawlessly delivered from start to finish. (Don't judge the job by the pics...the camera just could not capture the awesomeness!)

TrueSon Exterior are loyal, honest, and very trustworthy. Nevada does an excellent job making sure the proposal has the exact cost, came out several times to ensure the deck was exactly what we wanted. He also provided alternatives to decrease the cost. I highly recommend TrueSon.

TrueSon was the best group to work with and we choose them after getting 2 other quotes. All 3 places we quoted were around the same price but TrueSon understood what we wanted and how to get it done. Our project was completed over a year ago and I am still happy with the outcome today. Stacey and Tyler were great and I appreciated them being on my project. They were easy to communicate with and wanted to make sure we were happy. We had an office, bedroom and addition added on, plus a bathroom remodeled and a new deck put on. Very pleased and I look forward to working with them again.

David came to work on our gutters a few weeks ago. He was very prompt, honest and professional. He went up on the roof and checked all the gutters , downspouts and unclogged them. Once finished, he explained to me what I needed to do to avoid future issues. He informed me that his worked done did not amount to any charges even after he stayed a few more minutes answering all my queries. What a swell guy. David has represented your company in a very honorable way!!! I will definitely use True Sons and will look for David Ball for any future projects! Dave thanks again and sorry for this late post. Top notch home contracting at its finest! From start to finish these guys delivered on their promise. Dealing with Nevada, Justin, Johnny, Jason, Kevin and the rest of the crew was as professional as we could have hoped for. These guys were so clean and courteous to our lawn and landscape! Our house is so much stronger, quieter, and much more beautiful than before. It looks like a new home again. Our neighbors have made many compliments on the work. A con artist had taken off our roof, and was demanding and taking thousands of our money a day, leaving a mess in our yard and rain was in the forecast. When the con artist would not give us a professional contract and receipt for the money paid forward, then we talked to TrueSon who had put in our new door and windows a decade before. TrueSon accessed our situation, filled out a contract for us to make payments and immediately sent in an emergency team to put the roof on, before the rains hit. My husband is 90 and I am 78. We are eternally grateful to TrueSon, and their work is superior to anybody in Columbia. -Delcia Crockett
