I'm with these guys for 2 years already, happy to see second location open ! I love my doors, and many my friends bought from here by my reference - proved that the policy works great. It says: " If life happens and something gets wrong with delivery - they exchange the doors that Not Installed ASAP at No cost". So can't complain.

Surprised to see some bad reviews. I'm here for a fact to support and say my 5 cent.
I'd say , the people working in the store - client oriented. Team always say to me and my friends to check everything prior installation, which makes sense.
Guys, just simply check upon arrival, before installed. By being in America over 10 years, I can't imagine having something installed and not checked before .

Life happens everywhere in every company. I just make sure the policy is there for me. Simple as that.

Excellent customer service and very reasonable pricing that matches the quality of work. The reps are not pushy and tried to satisfy our needs from providing the samples to help find a perfect match to being very flexible with customizations.
Great showroom experience and pleasant courteous bilingual reps! The delivery and installation was prompt, went smoothly and left no mess behind.
