It was a pleasure working everyone from Nanfito. We had severe hail damage to our roof and siding. Walter Kolb was our liaison for our insurance company. The crew was professional and speedy with all they had to do. We had them do a few improvements like two windows and gutter guards. All work was completed in less than a week. I would highly recommend this firm.

They did a beautiful job on our home. We had a mix of insurance funded work and aesthetic work to be done. Nanfito did the Roof, siding, gutters, window trim and added a pitched roof to our portico. Walter did a great job dealing with our insurance and Jackie/Todd did a great job managing the project. There were a few snags but I think that’s to be expected with any large scale project like this. Today, I called because I had noticed a defect in the siding in a small area. Brian was helpful on the phone and Jackie was at my house within an hour to look at the small area of concern. I appreciate that they still care about the customer once the job is done!

The roofing job, which was the bulk of the project, was done with excellent craftsmanship. The roofers and craftsmen did an amazing job, and the workmanship is impeccable—I’m very happy with the roofing results.

That said, some project management issues did occur, such as delays in procurement and scheduling, and the dumpster blocking the driveway for an extended time. The gutter work also fell short of expectations, with mismatched materials and placement that didn’t fully complement the house.

Overall, while project management and gutter installation could be improved, I want to acknowledge that the roofing itself was top-quality, and the team’s workmanship on that front was outstanding.

Complete disaster. Have your work inspected thoroughly before writing a check to these guys. Limited to what I can say but check Quarry Village, Cheshire and Wallingford Housing Authority for references before hiring these guys. Becht Engineering vetted these guys for us and had oversight responsibility for much of this project. They missed everything. I'm willing to share inspection reports with any condo entertaining bids from Nanfito.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Nanfito. We needed a complete roof replacement and they did an outstanding job. The whole project took just 1 day (it was a long one for the crew). They arrived at 7:00 am and began work promptly. They were amazing to watch throughout the day. The team of 6 worked diligently all day. There cleanup at the end of the day was amazing. You would have not even known they were there. I cannot say enough about this team. Excellent experience, from the start Brian in the office scheduled inspection our property. Joe was thorough and inspected the roof and gave us several options. Once we signed Brian called back and scheduled a rip and replace to be completed in 1 day to be done the following week. The crew was here on time and completely tented in the house to avoid any damage to our bushes. Great crew courteous and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The project manager Etienne was on the roof after the rip to inspect and advise the crew, and also inspected the job on the roof as well in the attic after completion.
