My daughter lives here she's had nothing but problems, censor first day she moved there on the day she moved in we saw a roach in the kitchen she's been having nothing but problems with management and with them fixing things time and time again and then they want to blame her for it. She has problems with the plumbing her apartment constantly floods when it comes to using her dishwasher which is also something that they're trying to say that she broke even though it was broken on the day she moved in and she put it in on her move in list of things that was not working she has also had problems with the washing machines in the laundromat and the manager is asking for her to give her key because she's complaining about the conditions

I changed my rating from 5 to 2 because since i been here i have been harassed by management for something that should have been fixed immediately and not 8 months into a lease. They tried to fine me for unauthorized animals when my animals were acounted for and the deposit was paid before i moved in, they even attempted to double the deposit fee when the paperwork i filled out said exactly what i paid and then said they will raise my rent in the middle of my lease which is illegal. If you value your vehicle good luck, as both my vehicles have been damaged by other car doors and children who are rowdy and disrespectful to property. The people here are nosey, deal drugs to kids and cant clean up after their dogs either. Good luck getting anything fixed as well, as i filled out a work order for multple issues that needed to be fixed in my apatyment when i moved in and my lease about up and nothing has been fixed, glad i took pics for when i leave cause ill bet they try to charge me for stuff that was broken when i moved in. They will also let your animals out if you are due for inspection and cant be home and have no where for them and they will deny responsibility if they do let them out. They threatened me with a 10 day eviction for chairs on my patio while other people have trash and bs all on their patios and have had nothing said. Honestly it feels like they harass who they feel like harassing. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE in this ghetto fabulous complex. Low income or not, they should still have class and hold everyone equally responsible and follow the landlord tennant laws.

It's your basic one to two bedroom apartments. Nothing fancy. Went to the pool a few weeks ago when it was still real hot during the day and it was freezing. Also looked like there was some "questionable" biological looking material floating around. That's the only reason for the 3 stars. Seems like they live and let live around there. Which I think this day in age in America, that's a great thing. Where a free country is actually free. Not where someone tells you what you can and can't do on your own personally paid for place of residence.

This place is not okay and really needs some better management, better pest control there is an infestation of roaches, scorpions and black widows. The washer and dryers are broken, there has been multiple neighbors complaining about things not being done in their home, like black mold, things being broken, There is rumors of bed bugs which has us shaking to even meet anyone, The pools are only clean about a couple times a month and are almost always green. Trash everywhere and nobody picks up their dog poop, about to break my lease and sue, These are serious safety hazards.

If i could rate no stars I would, I do not recommend this Apartment Complex! This complex has had a recent management change and for the worse, After Dawn left we had 2 new ladies and one of them ended up quitting, wonder why… this new office girl that has stayed has been extremely disrespectful to not only my mother and I but i’ve witnessed her being disrespectful with several other people, I recently had a situation and needed some help but she refused to take my money check for rent which caused fees after fees, she then proceeded to throw my situation in my face, I came to the office the other day and told them I would like to break my lease and she refused to let me do that and threatened to call the police if i don’t pay, Therefore i’m writing this review to help others and save/give a peace of mind not to go through this management, Legal Authorities will have to be involved at this point because im not giving any more money, I want out of these apartments, and she refuses to let me break my lease, this is extremely illegal situation, Also I know people are dealing with roaches and i’ve heard bed bugs.There is a black widow problem, we have gotten bitten before, Scorpions everywhere. Some of the laundry washers and dryers are broken, Neighbors are very kind, but management is not worth living here. God Bless🙏

This complex has had a recent management change and I am hopeful some good will come from it. Kids run around after 9pm unsupervised, dog waste not being picked up, elevators not cleaned and people pissing in them. Animals off leash and cats let out free to roam. Grounds keeping sketchy and the pool rarely open and clean during summer. I hope things improve, but I haven’t seen or heard any important improvements. I know people are dealing with roaches and bed bugs. Most neighbors are quite nice.
