Visionaire did a cracking good job with my windows and doors replacements. I ordered custom doors and matching storm doors. One custom window did not come out as expected. Visionaire made it right immediately. The installation team has a remarkably keen eye for details and nothing was missed. Have recommended them to two admiring neighbours already. I can’t say enough about Visionaire Windows out of Kennesaw, GA. ProVia Windows manufactures the windows, and the window model is the Aspect. One note about ProVia: the windows are manufactured in Sugarcreek, Ohio, in the heart of Ohio’s Amish community.
I’m a retired financial controller so I pride myself in due diligence. I interviewed several window companies. Most have been in business for less than five years, and my experience tells me many will be out of business within the first five years of operation. How will they stand behind their warranty?
Tim Stockwell, the owner, has many years of experience in the construction industry. Tim founded Visionaire Windows in 2010. I can see his son - Cameron, and son-in-law – Josh, slowly taking on more of the day-to-day business as Tim steps back – continuity of business! I also went out to see the office and warehouse in Kennesaw. I wanted to make sure the address wasn’t a storage location. Visionaire Windows is located in a business complex. The offices are nice, not extravagant. Nice, well-laid-out showroom and a large, well-organized, clean warehouse. I did visit other window company locations but Visionaire was the nicest and organized.
The communications and the follow-up were excellent. I wanted to shout out this great team: Josh was the initial contact and estimator – not pushy and he listened to what I was looking for in the window and installation. Cameron did the final measurement – very precise and meticulous. Alan was in charge of the install team, and what a great team. Oziel was the on-site working supervisor – about 8 installers. They each had a job and knew what to do – as the saying goes, they were a well-oiled machine! Darren Lupo was the project manager – he made sure any concerns I had were promptly addressed.
Let me now go over my windows. Our windows were 32 years old, wooden single-pane – were we overdue for new windows! Also, our doors were all wooden. We replaced all the windows 53 windows (all double paned, all are now double-hung, full grids, and half screens), and 5 doors (were all wooden doors were replaced). Two of the five doors are French doors - now metal doors with built-in screens; two are single doors - now metal with built-in screens; the last is a full single door –now entirely metal.
I can’t say enough about Alan’s install team. To say they were great is an understatement. I knew I had picked the right windows with the ProVia windows but I was worried about the installation. I could have the best window but if the installation is bad then I would have a bad window. Also, rotten wood and capping. Visionaire replaced all the rotten wood and all the windows were capped afterwards. What a professional finish. The installation exceeded our expectations.
We have gone through a hailstorm and a hurricane since the installation in August– no leaks! Great installation and great windows.
A final thought - one of the references I visited had windows installed by Visionaire about 8 years ago. Two years after the windows were installed, the large palladium window over the front entrance cracked. They called Visionaire. They came out, took out the cracked palladium window, and replaced it with plywood. A few weeks later the new palladium window came in and it replaced the plywood – no questions asked. This is an example of great customer service and sold me on Visionaire Windows.

The crew at Visionaire windows are fantastic! Their prices are very fair and it’s their craftsmanship and attention to detail before, during, and after the installation that really sets them apart from the competition. They took time to explain each point in the process during the implementation so we could see first hand how they install the windows. They also pointed out where we’re going to really see the improvements over the old ones, which from the glass, UV protection, and insulation around the frame. We’re super pleased and highly recommend Visionaire.

Most of our windows were terrible. I could actually see daylight thru some of them. We were given a referral by a friend who also used Visionaire, and her windows looked great. We have had ridiculous estimates in the past with lengthy sales pitches that take almost three hours. Josh came, measured quickly, and gave us the bottom line. That’s all we wanted. And the windows are made in the USA, and arrived sooner than expected. The installation team was great as well. We are very happy with our new windows! I am impressed with the company. Managers and employees are motivated to provide best customer services. I hired Visionaire for my windows replacement project as I liked the window brand they provided. There were some minor issues for my project; however, their project manager and sales manager visited my house and get them resolved promptly. The company's 5-star rating is not fake and reflects their services, and I highly recommend the company for your windows projects.

Great experience with Visionaire!! Recently replaced over 30 windows in my home. I shopped around and spoke with many different sellers. Right off the bat, I was extremely impressed with Ross (sales rep). He has been in the business for decades and knows windows extremely well. He spent more time listening than he did talking, which is a sharp contrast from the other companies I spoke with. Based on my questions and concerns, he helped me pick the right window, and offered a few different tier levels based on budget. He didn’t pressure me or sway me, no sales gimmicks, just information and considerations. I really appreciated his helpfulness and insight.

The whole process was very streamlined, with excellent communication anytime I had a question.

The installation was top notch! I was a bit skeptical of a sub-contracted install crew, but later found out that this crew works exclusively with Visionaire. They were awesome! Allan, the install team leader, was a pleasure to work with. He is a true craftsman who has a ton of experience. The entire crew was polite, and very diligent in their work. I appreciated their attention to detail. They took the time to walk through and carefully inspect each window on two separate occasions after install to make sure everything was perfect.

We chose to have our window trim capped with aluminum cladding. It looks amazing! The crew did an outstanding job.
