Let’s be honest: the entire pharmacy system is a little bit of a train wreck for a myriad of reasons. I won’t say every visit here has gone completely smoothly, but I very rarely find the pharmacy the ones at fault.

The people here are polite and helpful, often times even more so than the doc office which seems bonkers to me. They have helped talk me through insurance issues ect so thanks!

Improvements could mostly be within the system. You really cant trust the automatic text messages when they say things are ready and the recorded answering service can often not hear me even when yelling into the phone. Also it will do everything in its power to keep you from talking to a real person.

I just called looking around for a drug prescribed by a PA nearby that nobody carries. Pharmacist, Rudy, is amazing, smart, patient, and super fast. She explained that many pharmacies don't carry this drug my PA ordered, because you can use over the counter stuff to achieve the same effect. She put me on hold to look up the exact meds I needed and figured out the answer in an instant. I showed up to get the OTC meds, and left out the med that would make me sleepy. Overall, I left with a better solution then my PA prescribed. Thanks Rudy! What an excellent pharmacist!!!

Beyond ridiculous as far as pricing. The very worst as far as pricing. At Costco I can buy 300 antacid pills for a given price, at Walgreens I get 12 or 15 tablets.
