Beware! Go elsewhere based on my experience. I did not know they ordered the wrong tub until it was installed. I repeatedly said 16 inch tub, as most they sell are 18 inch. My current tub was 16 inches. Never did I say I wanted a 14 inch tub. I now have an unwanted 14 inch tub. They are willing to replace it with the 16 inch, but I have to wait another 5 weeks with my house a mess from the tear apart and hardware everywhere. Plus to pay someone again to tear it out and put back in. So if you use this business, make sure the measurements are on the main purchase sheet so there is no ambiguity.

I do not recommend working with Water Concepts, good products but staff are incompetent and dishonest. Wasted 2 and 1/2 months with no product in the end because of staff mistakes, attempts to charge more to cover staff mistakes, and then staff lied to cover up even more mistakes. No way to run a business.

Nice showroom, but the personnel do not know the products they sell nor can they order accurately. The result for me was having to undertake a DIY modification to a sink with the assistance of a helpful neighbor, a scramble by the merchant to locate the correct drains, and finally a duplicate visit by my plumber! At the end, a lot of hassle, delay, stress and less than full compensation to address the added expense.

We stopped at a few plumbing supply show rooms recommended by contractors and our experience was night and day. Rosen's Water Concepts personnel provided the epitome of good, and knowledgeable, customer service; had we not made a mistake on the plumber/contractor's name, we would have ended our search right there.

As it was we made one more stop and after about 30 minutes we were trying to find a polite way to cut the bumbling, "look it up on the internet ... oh, I don't know much about that" non spiel and escape the attractive showroom's poorly trained staff.

For efficient service from knowledgeable personnel who actually listen to what you say, go to WaterConcepts for quality and selection and for unbeatable customer care. As I said the difference is like night and day.

Very poor customer service. Was barely greated as we entered the store. Sales person that was closest to the door didn’t take his eyes off his cellphone. We walked around the store a bit then decided nothing in there was our style. Then proceeded to leave and the sales person that was on their phone, was STILL on their phone and we could CLEARLY see they were playing a game. As we were about to walk through the door, he finally asked if we had any questions and proceeded to say “come see us when you’re ready”. When in all actuality, we are VERY “ready” to purchase something for 2 bathrooms. Looks like they won’t be getting our business. Very poor service.
