The day the door was delivered to our jobsite, the certified installer noted that the doors were "labeled" incorrectly. Panel A would not fit with Panel B; Panel B would not fit with Panel C; C to D; etc... The panels were then installed in B,C,D,A order and since then they have never functioned correctly. Every 3-6 months the hinges become loose and the panels become misaligned. They overlap each other and the door becomes inoperable. I have had the technician to our home every few months to replace the hinges and to make adjustments. Imagine having to adjust your door every few weeks. It's ridiculous.

Today, the doors won't open, the doors won't lock and the weatherstripping is gone. I can see daylight coming through the panels. To make it worse, I received this email today that basically says, "We know your doors don't work and we know that the technicians have been to your home many times. We don't know what else to do because even we can not fix our own problems. Please buy a new set from us." Terrible.

Last year my next door neighbor came over to look at our doors as they wanted to purchase the same door. I told the wife, go ahead and open it. She couldn't. I told her to kick the bottom. She did and it still wouldn't open. I told her to kick it harder. She did. Nothing. I told her to kick it again, but this time to also hit it with her hip. She did and the door finally opened. She bought from La Cantina and I wish I did also.

My home was built in 2020, 4 yrs ago. We just came home to this which was shocking. We thought someone had tried to break in. I have never seen glass just crack like this for no reason (nothing hit it). Turns out my neighbor had the exact same issue. I contacted Western Window Systems to see if they would cover it under the manufacturer's warranty, but they denied it. I am not surprised that they have such terrible reviews.

Update 8/8:
Still Zero star, they did replaced one panel that wasn’t sealed and leaking air but nothing they would do about the cracked and peeling painting, thousands of scratches and large gaps at the bottom between door panels and tracks. Now I am seeing geckos inside of my house.

Zero star. There are tons of problems and headaches after replacing my patio door to Western door 7650 system. Finally their rep came today without bringing any level or measure with no help but denied and argued every single problem that I pointed out.

When I pointed out that wind leaks from gaps of between panel frame and double panel glass, their rep didn’t even try to take a look and just told me “that’s not possible because everything was sealed”.

When I showed him the gap is big enough for me to insert a painting brush, He didn’t even wonder how could they manufactured something like that but just told me “don’t do that”. He will do nothing even I asked what if I can prove it leaks air.

When I said there’s full of dent scratches on the door and frame, some of paint just peals and fall off when slide and close the door, their rep responded “that can be touched up”.

When I showed him that there are seams everywhere on the panel frames. He did not even take a second look and just told me “that it’s tolerance”.
What? a seam that I can see through from inside out and bugs can go through is tolerance? Their company’s standard is just way below standard!

When I pointed out one of panel probably balled because the gap in the center is much bigger than on the top and bottom between 2 sliding panels the rep said “we haven’t done final walk through yet”. and he said everything including bent metal, seams between parts that I pointed out are made within tolerance.

Finally the rep admit a big gap at the bottom was because one of weather resistant stripper is missing because they are human. But they don’t make mistakes on everything else like didn’t seal the double panel correctly. And he said my door was ONLY $23,000, they made same door for hundreds thousands!
So what ? I should just keep my mouth shut after spent 23k but not 100k
?
All photos tell the their low quality.
Worst choice for my house. I’ll file a complaint on BBB as well.

Luxury custom builder in Colorado. 0 for 2 with WWS. Won't try again. Windows leaked - poor quality, worse service. WWS hides behind an unqualified dealer that was newly "signed up." The local rep promised to guide the new dealer through and use extreme attention to detail, then quit WWS a month into the ordering process.

I built a home 2 years ago and been having trouble getting the builder or the dealer who installed the pocket doors to take responsibility for a broken lock mechanism from Western Windows. All I have to say is from a homeowner who has built multiple homes in the valley perspective, it is the most difficult thing to get contractors or a companies help to resolve an issue with their work or material. When I reached out to Jerrica Santos - Service Admin Customer Care at Western Windows, I have never received a greater type of customer service from anyone in any contracting/material space. She has been so diligent in her follow up and helping me get the dealer to do what they are supposed to do. She is responsive, actual cares and does her job as everyone should be doing when dealing with customers. She is still in the process of helping me get this resolved but felt the need to give her a review before the job is even done! Thank you so much Jerrica!

Do not buy from this company.

1. While the windows seem like quality windows, the hardware is really bad. Even on initial delivery, several door handles etc are broken and the windows are really hard to operate.

2. This is the biggie - their service is non-existent. I have contacted them through my sales representative - that didn't lead to anything, opened a ticket by calling them and that hasn't led anywhere. They tell me that tech will have an office day on Fri and he will call me to schedule service - no calls. I am spending a lot of time trying to get thing fixed on a 200K+ windows order. And I would not have needed that service if their initial shipment was of high quality.

This is the worst company that I have dealt with for warranty related service on my house. That should tell you something.

===================

Update to my review. So the owner jumps in and says that the tech is scheduled for the 18th. Fine the tech comes in and a bunch of small parts need to be ordered before be can resolved the issues. It is almost a month - after that tech visit, there is no update and no ETA. So that should tell you how bad this company is - even with the owner seeing a bad review, their poor service continues.

Update2: After I opened a BBB complaint the service manager got in touch with me right away and got things completed.
