I have been getting my window treatments from Wholesale window Fashions for close to 15 years
Mark and Denise owners of the business are top notch their family run business who takes care of their customers. Their customer service is impeccable. The understanding of my needs was unsurpassed. They had even corrected some botch work from another competitor. They care about their name and their brand and their workmanship of the products they sell.
I don’t know if that’s the bathroom but you know what that’s the one that it needs room stuff stuck. I have bleach in there soaking it because it was soaking I was gonna bleach out what

I had issues with them on literally every project I brought in for fabrication. They were NEVER timely, and they took little to no ownership for any of the problems that would crop up. Rather, they became defensive and quite angry toward ME for holding them accountable!

Quite often, my texts and calls wouldn’t be acknowledged, let alone answered. Moreover, their time away (short-term illness and/or vacation) was rarely communicated to me when I had pending projects. (I was once left hanging for over a month with no product and no communication.)

An Example of Their Work Ethic:
When a window treatment they installed fell OFF my client’s wall, Wholesale Windows told me they would not be able to fix for 3-4 weeks. When I insisted that this should be a priority for them, I got nowhere. In an effort to inconvenience my client as little as possible, I absorbed the cost of hiring someone to spackle, repaint, and reinstall the bracket. The same thing happened AGAIN on a different window (same client).

Ultimately, I LOST MONEY doing business with Wholesale Windows, and the relationships I had with my clients were compromised as well.

While their products are nice and fairly priced, their business practices do not meet my standards. I no longer deal with them.
