It's "okay". I have had mixed experiences here depending on who's at the counter. The gentleman there is typically very helpful and does his best to help you find what you need. Unfortunately the older woman running the counter most days acts as though she has better things to do than help a customer with a simple request. Been in a couple times to get very common parts for common Husqvarna models, (chain tensioners and chain brakes) and been told "yeah I don't have a book for that". Doesn't even try to look it up on their computer or check anything. Maybe I've been misled, but I always thought it was normal to ask a saw shop to check if they have a spare part or can order it. If you have any other shops nearby you, I would recommend you take your business there first before wasting your time driving to a saw shop that doesn't have the time to look up a simple part for you.

Great place to purchase a stihl saw , lawn mower , weed eater , or have chainsaws , lawnmowers, weed eaters fixed. The owners are respectful to new and old customers, making people feel welcome and grateful for some advice or work done on their equipment. Honest as the summer day is long that is something I like about the place.

the several dozen times I have been there in the last year (Several times a month) they ALWAYS have the parts I need for my STIHL and HUSQVARNA chainsaws. They are very knowledgeable people when it comes to chainsaws and other small engine equipment! Awesome family owned business that has been around for a long time!

Don’t go to willamette saw for your used saw and equipment needs, the older woman behind the counter should retire. The last time we took any of our used stihl saws in for simple repairs she goes off about one thing or another. We took a chainsaw in for a tuneup and sharpen it to get a call 2 days later that we had put used motor oil in oiler for chain and they didn’t want to mess with it and to come and get it. I thought they were in the customer service business, this woman and the older guy in back are a problem, they need to call it a day. Totally disappointing!!l they are lucky to get one star.

Great Mom and Pop business. Have bought several saws from here over the years, they have helped me maintain them. Always good work never had a saw in twice for the same problem.

Been going there for 30 years, very nice folks. Have bought 2 saws, a ride on mower, saw chain, oil, assorted devices and parts, they are very reasonably priced and they put up with me asking questions because I repair all my own equipment, for that alone, 5 stars but I'd give them 10 if I could.
