Took my balance rod in for replacement. Sold me a different part and told me the one I had was custom built. Next time I'll just buy the pieces and build it myself. I have been in construction for 30 years. I thought the customer was always right.

I ‘am doing a home restoration project, and needed some customized window ? screens, they did a great job. Great Customer service, friendly &Helpful staff, visible from street view, parking spaces are limited. The window screens were available within 24hrs,They require a partial deposit ? & all sales are final/No returns..So make sure your measurements are correct ✅ before you place a customized order.

Fast and reliable service, walked in needing a few pieces of glass and screens made and left with all 3 pieces of glass in 20 minutes as well my screens ready later in the day; had great customer service and even offered up valuable advice on my future window purchases. Would recommend to anyone needing window and door parts done the right way.
