I had my screens on my porch replaced with windows. The guys at Window Works came out and helped me plan what i wanted and provided me with a great solution. I had them do the install while i was on vacation knowing they would do a great job which they did. I recommend them highly! They did what they promised, on time, and without my supervision.

I had a great experience with Window Works and the installation of my 27 new windows. They look fantastic (see pics), much better than I had anticipated, and much better than the original wood windows. I am the first to admit that I am extremely picky, and I can honestly say there is nothing I don’t like about these new Okna windows. The whole process, from measuring and purchasing (Tyler), to installation (Stevie and David), was flawless. It took three days for installation, and there was zero cleanup on my part each day— and when I say zero cleanup, I mean there was not even any dust. My only regret is that I did not do this sooner. If you are considering new windows, I highly recommend the Okna window and Window Works. You will not be disappointed.

We needed a specialized door for a unique space and Window Works not only gave us the best price, but great service to match. The installers were GREAT to work with, cleaned up properly and were friendly to boot. I would recommend Window Works to anyone looking for quality work at a great price. (Spoiler alert - we'll be using them again to replace all the windows in our house.)

I’m in love with my new windows!! From Chris , their salesman, Ms Patty, office, to Steve and David their installers, all are friendly, informative, easy to work with and communicate with. Installation took less than two full days and we have a lot of windows! I HIGHLY recommend Window Works! Now, if I could only convince them to replace my floors!

Window Works just replaced 10 windows for me and replaced a French door with a sliding door. The installers, Stevie and David, were great. Personable and very skilled. I was happy to have them in my home.
Tyler was our salesman and he was terrific too. He went the extra mile to help removing and replacing with challenging window treatments. Patty in the office was super to work with also. I highly recommend Window Works!

We knew immediately after Tyler came to our home for the presentation and estimate of our project that Window Works was the company for us! Prior to the overall installation, Owner Chris came to our home for a final review as well. The Installation crew was also very professional and performed high quality workmanship with our window installation which took less than two days to complete. After almost 20 years, we had to replace our worn out and drafty French doors in our home. Window Works came out almost immediately after we contacted them and gave us a free estimate. Our sales contact, Brett was very helpful and professional, and provided us with a number of options, styles, and designs for a new sliding door. They use a company called OKNA for their doors and windows, and so far we’re pretty impressed with the product.

The installation of our new door by Window Works was exceptional! The installers were very professional and skilled, and we’re very satisfied with the install. Plus, we feel very confident that if we ever have an issue, Window Works will do everything possible to make sure we’re well taken care of.

Everyone we’ve talked to at Window Works has been great! I would highly recommend them for any window or door project, big or small. If we decide to expand our upgrades and replace the windows in our house, we’ll definitely consider Window Works for the job.

As a nice touch and great example of their awesome customer service, Window Works sent us a gift of cookies in appreciation for our patronage. Very cool!
