I cannot recommend Window World of Lubbock enough! They made two casement windows for our kitchen which had no operable windows.

These replaced two Pella wood windows, which were beautiful and perfect but didn't open. Pella quoted us over $10K PER operable WINDOW, and Window World installed BOTH windows for less than half that cost. Even though they are vinyl you cannot tell at all, the colors matched the outside trim of the large Pella picture window between the two windows and the interior vinyl matched the color of the wood casing inside. Amazing!

The installation team was punctual, courteous, and took care to leave the area clean. They showed me how everything worked and apologized an incorrect cover had been sent for one of the cranks. They called it in and I received a text shortly that a correct cover had been ordered and would be coming soon.

It was absolutely wonderful to cook bacon indoors and be able to open windows to let the bacon aroma leave the kitchen! We hope to be able to replace other windows in a bedroom that has stationary windows sometime in the future. Don't hesitate to call Window World of Lubbock!

We can already feel the difference in temperature from outside to inside. They look great, operate smoothly & easily!

Just got my new windows installed yesterday and I am very pleased with my experience working with Window World of Lubbock! Everybody I talked to was awesome, including the owner Rod, April at the front desk, Tom who was my design consultant, and Victor who came out to install the windows.
