Trevar did a through , professional presentation of the product that we were looking at , windows and doors. We learned so much from him. We are a returning customer and was so pleased with the installation of out bedroom windows , which was installed by Eddie.
The product that they sell and install is quality and attractive. Trevar took the time to help us with our needs and he knocked it out of the park.
Eddie will be installing my new front door and windows. I know I will be pleased because Eddie takes pride In His work and it shows.

Window World for the win! They are very accommodating and great to work with. Trevor did a great job, sitting down with us, going through both door and window options, pricing, explaining the process, putting together the contract and answering any related questions. We are excited for the install later in the year. We are repeat customers, as we had them do windows and doors for us in our previous house, and so are familiar with their quality of install and product. We'll done guys!!

Guys that came out to install were awesome! Great work by Eddy and Trevor! When I have more windows done I’ll want those guys back! The only negative was waiting 3 months from ordering to install.

Windows are beautiful and installation was great. I'm especially happy with the picture awning window in the kitchen. My only complaint is that I didn't realize I would be losing my 4.5 inch window sills. Now there's only 1 inch of a sill inside. I really loved having such big window sills and so did my kitties. I'm going to look into other window options for the rest of the house to see if I can keep the big sills.

Window World replaced all my windows and doors last spring. I was completely satisfied with with all aspects of their service. Quality and prices were excellent and their installation crew was very professional. I would highly recommend.

I paid $3,789.06 for a 2 Panel 3/4 Oval Deluxe Dynasty Glass Door, but they brought and installed a 4 Panel Fan 1L, and told my wife it would take 4-6 weeks for them to get the correct door and insisted on getting paid the balance of the door cost. My wife called to check the status and was basically told we were S.O.L. and they don't do refunds. I don't want a refund, I WANT THE DOOR I PAID FOR! The Customer Service rep was completely rude with my wife on the phone. I will be seeking an audience with upper management VERY soon. Photos attached of what we ordered, and what we received.
